I just want to ask one thing,
What's going on in your head?
How do I know that you won't do it again?
How do I know that you won't wind up dead?

Even though we've made up and all,
I still just get this sinking feeling.
That every time you are with him,
You are drifting away from me.

I don't want to lose a friend like you,
We've been together since the start.
And now you've got this boyfriend,
Yes, you "love him" but how do you know it won't all fall apart?
But, I guess that's for you to find out,
But don't go drastic, oh please.
Because when it does fall apart,
You can always just lean on me.

I will be here, no matter what,
I may get mad sometimes.
But I don't hate you, I never will,
I'm saying that I care through this rhyme.
