  A good start, though I'm not seeing anything other than sibling...affection between Byakuya and Rukia at the moment. However, I did notice one thing you might want to correct. You're having Rukia call Byakuya "nee-sama," which actually means "older sister." She should be calling him "nii-sama," which is "older brother." But it was definitely an interesting start.
