It enchants:
The moon enchants the ebony sky,
Embodying the night's true beauty.

It guides:
The moon guides the nocturnal wanderer,
Smoothly, softly, silently along.

It protects:
The moon protects the prey from the predators,
Glaring darkly upon a villain with disdain.

It comforts:
The moon comforts the lonely, the shy, the
frightened,
Granting soothing embraces with whimsical arms.

It calms:
The moon calms the sun's severity,
Its stressful heat to tender breezes, blinding
light to calming glow.

It brings life and magic:
The moon brings life and magic to ruins,
To a dead forest, a dilapidated house, a
barren field.

It caresses and rekindles:
The moon caresses and rekindles all,
The flame within all life, the life force, the
soul.

The moon is a mother, a sister, a brother, a lover,
Arisen to become that which is missing from
one's life.
