Dead Eyes
0 ReviewsPG-13 for referances to violence and graphic scene description, if the rating needs to be higher, just lemme know. Just a short boust of inspiration that hit me.
It's not very long, nor particularly good, but I thought I'd post it here anyway.
Feedback: It's the coin of the realm.
Blood was everywhere, splattered on the walls, the windows,
even the ceiling, on the floor, it lay in great pools,
surrounding the mass of bodies covering the room. He looked
around, taking in the result of his work, then slowly, calmly
holstered the still smoking, twin guns.
He turned, opened the front door, and calmly left the
building, closing and locking the door behind him.
On the street, the postman met his gaze and flinched away. He
however, took no notice of this, as he slowly left the area.
Behind him, the postman was left, shocked and shaken.
Later, when the police arrived, even the old detectives, felt
their stomachs turn as they took in the scene 'no human could
have done this...' was the thought, roaming through their
minds.
As they interrogated potential witnesses, only the postman,
had anything to say.
"Dead Eyes..."
