  A singular comment:
  'so he arches his back eyes-shut like it's the only thing in the world.'
  There's something screwy (seriously, no pun intended) going on with the 'back eyes-shut' thing. Is it supposed to be 'back- eyes shut', or is that hyphen in there for no purpose and was it supposed to be a comma between 'back' and 'eyes'? Or am I just not getting it?
  Anyway, I adored it, as per usual. There seems to be some sort of a trait appearing here...
