Let me take a chance to say,
I'm sorry that I'm not good enough for you,
I say again I am sorry,
Sorry that I can't live up to the standards of your life,
i grip my anger and bottle it up and hide it,
i let my eyes say it all and no one can care about it,
in my eyes resides pain a lost soul and a lonely girl,
I strive to be perfect,
but it never works,
I always fall harder than before,
I want my pain to go away,
I want to be me,
me,
not a clone in your little game or world,
I don't want to be like everyone,
I want to be me,
Can you see me,
an individual in the place we call home,
right now,
it's not home,
it's my downfall.
