YAY!!!
SECOND CHAPTER!!!
WHOOT!!!
Sorry about the cut-off at the end. I just didn't want to ruin the story by forcing things out.
OH!!!
My friend Tabbie (19 who asked me to write this story, has asked me to write her a Yuki/Hatori smut. I know, I know, I'm a minor (14), but I've read quite a few (guilty!!! ^_^) and I think I'm up for it!!!

Also, the next chapter will be a filler. Don't boo me!!! It's gonna be really cute!!! It introduces a new couple that I haven't been able to find ANYWHERE:
Momiji/Arisa
I know!!!
It's sounds weird!!! But it's gonna be REALLY cute!!!
These are some other couples that I will be including at some point:
Haru/Saki : chapter 3???
Megumi/Kisa : chapter 3??? Maybe... but it's gonna happen without a doubt.

Hatori smiled as he looked down at the sleeping figure before him.

She was so beautiful laying in the rays that shown through the window. Like and angel he thought. In his mind, she was perfect and anyone who thought otherwise was a fool. Many people would agree, he knew, but she was his, and not anyone else's.

His eyes drifted down to her stomach, which was showing slightly from her pajama-top sliding up.

As he stared at the bare flesh, he couldn't help but think what was awaiting him in the future. A baby. A beautiful baby. Anything that was birthed from his lover's heavenly body would have to be beautiful. Besides, he's seen pictures of her
parents. Her mother was a gorgeous blond with an energetic glow that seemed to light even the furthest corner of a room. And that's only in photographs he reminded himself. But from those pictures and stories Tohru would tell him made him feel like
he had met her face-to-face. He wished he had met her when she was alive.

And Tohru's father, Katsuya, held a disturbing resemblance to Hatori's younger cousin, Kureno. In fact, if he didn't know any better, he'd say they were the same person.

Hatori knew that the child would have good genes on his side, too. The Sohma family was full of beautiful people.

"Hey, Tohru!!!" came the familiar-sounding, some-what raspy, and incredibly loud voice.

By this time, Hatori was fully dressed and on his way to the living-room.

"She's asleep." he said cooly, stopping when he reached his destination.

The blonde put two fingers through her hair, then tucked it behind her ear. "Then I guess I'll just have t' wake her ass up, won't I???"

He didn't protest. He knew how futile protesting against Arisa was. She always won, even if she was wrong. Unlike most people, she didn't know when to stop, and the other side of the argument usually gave-up, well, except if it was Kyo. Those two were so alike...

His eyes followed her as she made her way through the appartment.

It was large. A studio appartment, in fact. It was owned by the Sohma's and they and allowed Hatori and Tohru to stay there with very little pay. That was reasonable, considering it really belonged to Momiji's father. It was his way of paying Hatori back for all those times he asked him to keep an eye on Momiji. He had become like a son to Hatori, and he even allowed the little rabbit to call him "Hari", something he didn't even allow Ayame or Shigure to do. In the rabbits eyes, Hatori was more of a father than his real father was.

"That's odd."

He cringed, then quickly turned to the door where Tohru's psychic friend was standing. A purple scarf was draped down over her black blouse and skirt. She looked different than when he had last seen her. Her hair. It was now cut just above her shoulders and because of the major change, it had lost some of it's curl.

When did she get here??? he asked himself.

"Your electric signals seem off today. Is something the matter, Hatori-san???" Her voice was monotone and to tell you the truth, it scared Hatori when he first met her. She'd just show up out of nowhere and start preaching to him. She had made a
bit of a habit out of this. Just showing up on his walk home from the clinic and talking to him about Tohru. At first, it was to scare him off. But when she realized he wasn't going anywhere, it simply became a way the two would communicate without
Arisa and Tohru butting in. It was because of this, that the two had started a sort of friendship with each other. He preferred Saki to Arisa, that's for sure. Especially because her dark demeanor would scare off Ayame and Shigure.

"No." he said simply, walking out to the kitchen in order to avoid her questions.

She ignored his efforts and followed him.

"Why do you lie???"

Instead of answering, he tried to ignore her by busying himself in making coffee. He didn't want to lie to the girl, she was Tohru's best friend. But telling her could put Tohru in an awkward position. Maybe she wanted to tell them herself.

She placed a hand on his shoulder and the other upon his, trapping his hand on top of the maker.

Through his one good eye, he looked into the endless depths of her violet eyes.

"Hatori-san. If something is the matter, you can tell me." she reassured gently. Her voice held a bit more emotion than what he was used to hearing. It made her sound 'human.'

He sighed, then looked away. "I'll tell you later, Saki. Please." he plead.

She smiled softly and returned her hands to their sides. "That is all I needed to hear."

"Would you like some???" he asked, returning himself to the cool personality that labeled him.

She nodded her head. "That would be heavenly. What about some---"

He smiled and shook his head. "I'll bring some cakes out with the coffee."

"You are too kind, Hatori-san."

With that, she left him alone to bask in his own thoughts.

That was close. With her breathing down my neck like that I almost cracked

Okay. So Saki accepted their relationship better than others. Maybe it was because she was psychic, he didn't know. But she accepted him, and he her. Him as a person, at first. But then as Tohru's lover, which made Tohru very happy. Arisa still didn't like the idea of the two dating, and often referred to him as a "pervy old man." Then when he'd mention that Kureno is only two years younger than he is, she'd get angry, threaten to hurt him, and sometimes have to be restrained by Tohru and
Saki. Much like Kyo.

Hatori chuckled softly to himself.

Actually, he and Saki had been talking about getting Kyo and Arisa together. He hadn't brought the matter up with Tohru, in fear that she'd blurt in out to one or both of them. But it was something Saki and he found interesting how two people so alike could be so far apart, like Kyo and Arisa, while two people so different could come together so perfectly, like he and Tohru.

Kureno wouldn't be in the way much. He had moved to America to experience the freedom he never had while under Akito's wing, and the relationship between Arisa had faded into nothing but a phone call every now and again. He gave no signs of returning to Japan, and Arisa didn't expect him to. Noone did.

By the time Hatori had the coffee and cakes ready, Tohru was dressed and yawning on the couch.

"Hey, you've put on some weight." Arisa observed. "You should really watch whatcha eat."

Tohru blinked hard. "Y-yeah. A-b-bout that..."

"Here." Hatori said as he placed the tray and basket on the coffee table.

"Thank you." Saki began preparing her cup, followed by the rest of them. Hatori was seated opposite Tohru, Arisa, and Saki, who sat on the couch.

How am I supposed to let Uo-chan and Hana-chan know??? she thought. What will they say???

"What about it???" Arisa asked. She blinked, then shook her head with a smile. "I'm sorry, Tohru. Ya know, I've put on a little weight, too. I think it has somethin' t' do with gettin' older."

Older??? Hatori thought. He was ten years older than them, and thin as a rail. More like being a woman

"Hatori-san, do you have something to add???" Saki asked daringly. She took a sip of her coffee, then gently placed it back on its coaster.

Hatori took a cigarette out of the pack on the table beside him. "Women gain and loose weight all the time. It's natural."

His words were muffled by the cigarette in his mouth, but they were still understandable.

After lighting it and taking a deep breath in, he leaned back and exhaled up toward the ceiling. He couldn't resist having a smoke, but he didn't want to breath right in Tohru's face.

"Oh??? And what makes ya think ya know so much 'bout a woman's body???" Arisa demanded, leaning forward. "Huh??? You pervy old man!!!"

"Uo-chan, he's a doctor." Tohru placed a hand on her fiery friend's shoulder to calm her.

It was always amazing how upset she could get over something so trivial. It was irrational. But when it came to Tohru, irrational was pretty much the word to describe her.

She turned to Tohru and leaned back. "Oh... ya..."

A sigh escaped Hatori when he exhaled another batch of smoke.

"Hatori-san," Saki called. "You said you were going to explain those strange signals."

He licked his lips, then stood.

"And just where do you think you're going???" Arisa demanded, standing.

Far enough away to be out of your reach he thoguht, but didn't dare say.

After shooting her a quite evil glare, he proceeded to walk around the chair and took a seat on the back. When he looked at Tohru, he felt something tense in his throat.

She was looking at him with an absolutely innocent stare, eyes closed slightly and practically tearing-up, mouth opened just enough to see white.

He swallowed down the uneasiness and looked away.

How am I going to do this??? were the words he got from that look.

It was obvious she was worried about telling her best friends. But they were her best friends. They loved her. They wouldn't abandon her ever. So then why couldn't she tell them??? It was hard enough telling Hatori, and to tell Hana and Uo... it seemed impossible. But it needed to be done. They were going to be aunts, after all.

"Hana-chan, Uo-chan..." she began, looking down at the teal carpet under her feet.

They immediately sensed her uneasiness and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"What is it???" Arisa asked, caressing her back.

Saki copied the motions. "Yes, Tohru. What is on your mind???"

Hatori couldn't look. It was too painful to see the one he loved go through so much. He wanted to do something, but Tohru was making it clear he wasn't needed, so he just stayed out of it. This was her responsibility. And even though it wasn't fair, she was going to have to do it by herself. Hatori would be the one to tell his family. He could just picture it now; Yuki's mouth hanging open with those big purple eyes staring at him in surprise, the angry_shocked look on Akito's face, the amused and happy reaction he'd get from Shigure and Ayame, Kyo trying to kill him, Kagura jumping up and down and hugging Tohru, Kisa blushing, then joining Kagura, Haru shaking his head then congratulating them in the most careless way possible, Hiro pretending to not care what-so-ever, but really wanting to give her a big hug, Rin giving him that look she gives him so often, the one that says, "I don't care. Get the hell away from me before I claw your eye out" , Momiji crying and
practically glomping Tohru to the ground. Ya, it's definitely going to be fun.

He was brought out of his deep thought by a bone-breaking punch to his shoulder, then another to his face.

Hatori tumbled of the back of the chair and temporarily blacked-out when his head smacked off the hard, wood floor. The carpet only went as far as the chair, and he landed over a foot away from it.

Arisa was screaming how she was going to kick him until his spleen ruptured and cut his heart out with his scalpel, Saki and Tohru were trying to calm her and obviously holding her back or else he would be dead by now.

Hatori just used the shoulder that hadn't been punched to crawl and rest against the back of the chair.

Why didn't he react properly??? Was he really spacing out so bad that he didn't hear his name that Arisa had obviously screamed???

The cigarette that fell under him burned into his side and he cried out in pain.

As fast as he could, he found and threw the cigarette across the room. It wasn't going to catch on fire or anything; it had put itself out as it burned into his skin.

Tohru and Saki struggled and put all their weight into restraining Arisa before she could kill Hatori, and they both knew she would if they let go. But she was so strong They always knew Arisa was tough, but they never imagined her being strong enough to do this.

"Uo-chan!!! Stop it!!!" Tohru screamed.

"Yes, Arisa!!!" Saki shouted as loud as she could. "It is not his fault... Do not blame him!!!"

"Then who the hell got her pregnant???" she screamed, still struggling against her friends' grasp. "Tell me who it was and I'll kill 'em!!!"

Tohru clutched her shirt. "It was Hatori. But... it was my fault too!!!"

"Yes, Arisa!!! It's a two man act!!! Now please, calm down!!! Hatori-san could really be hurt!!!"

"Good!!! I want 'em to feel the pain!!!" The tears stung at her eyes, but refused to fall. She wasn't about to let her Tohru see her cry. Not after all this.

They struggled for a few more minutes, and Arisa gave no sign of letting-up. In fact, she'd actually managed to get closer to the now fighting consciousness Hatori.

Tohru shifted her position to reach around Arisa's body, to paralyze her arm.

Instead, Arisa, who was now in the peak of an adrenalin-rush and clearly not knowing what she was doing, reached her elbow back when her friend let go and stabbed up as hard as she could.

Silence fell over the room.

"Tohru!!!" Saki called, abandoning her friend and putting her hands on Tohru, guiding her down on the couch.

Blood was literally gushing out of her nose and was flowing down her neck and shirt. The pain was intense and tears were running just as fast as the blood.

Arisa turned around and immediately changed her attitude.

"Tohru I... I'm so sorry " She embraced her bleeding friend as if she were about to die.

Hatori, by this point, had become coherent enough to realize something bad had happened to Tohru. By using the strength in his right arm, he lifted himself up and peered over the chair to see what was going on.

Once he saw the blood, he stood up all the way and staggered down the hall to grab his doctor's bag.

"Tohru... I... I didn't mean it!!!" she sobbed into her friend's shoulder. "I never wanted t' hurtcha... Honest!!!"

Tohru couldn't talk because she was afraid she would choke on the blood, but she nodded her head, signaling to her distressed friend that everything was alright.

"Arisa, this a tough time for Tohru." Saki advised, letting a single tear stream down her face. "Do you not think that we should be here supporting her, rather than trying to hurt the one she loves??? Remember, Hatori-san needs us,too."

"I dun' care 'bout that pervy old man!!!" Arisa hissed, clutching onto Tohru's bloody blouse like it was her lifeline. "It's his fault!! He's the one who took her from us!!! And now she's pregnant and it's all his--"

A strong arm grabbed a hold of her shirt and tossed her effortlessly over the over-turned coffee table and its spilled contents into the chair. Hatori took her place beside Tohru and grabbed an instrument from his bag.

"It's going to sting." he warned.

She nodded and grasped Saki's hand tightly.

He stuck something up her nose and she nearly jumped at the sudden intrusion and he then immediately removed it, threw it on the floor, and grabbed a bunch of tissues from the tissue box right beside her.

Why didn't they use these before??? he wondered as he held the bundle to Tohru's face.

Saki looked at Hatori and turned away.

His left eye, the same one that Akito had injured years before, had become swollen and was turning a black-purplish color.

She turned back to him and glanced down at his right arm. It was limply laying over his knee, palm-up.

"Do you got it???" he asked Tohru.

She nodded her head and took over his place holding the tissues to her nose, staring at the black eye her best friend had dealt him and couldn't help but think it was her fault. If I'd grabbed her before Uo-chan got him, then he wouldn't be hurt she told herself, ignoring the throbbing pain in her nose.

Saki reached forward and touched his left arm.

He gasped and jumped at the sudden pain.

"I think it's broken..." she observed.

He nodded his head. "Probably."

I never knew Arisa was this strong!!! he thought. I mean, sure, I wouldn't want to meet her in a dark alley, but to break my arm from a single punch??? What gives this girl her power???

He bent down and grabbed the materials he needed for setting his arm and went to work.

All while this was happening, Arisa was just sitting there, staring wide-eyed at the man she hated to the point of hurting her best friend trying to get to. And now, she was completely calm, although in her mind she was secretly strangling him.

What had she done??? She hurt her best friend. The very same best friend that she swore over the legendary Red Butterfly's grave with, swearing that they'd be there to help each other through anything. And now she had broken her nose.

She hated Hatori more than ever now. If he hadn't of gotten her Tohru pregnant, she wouldn't have hit him and she wouldn't have hurt her Tohru, who was only trying to help.

"I hate you!!!" she screamed, once again lunging at Hatori, who'd successfully set his arm.

Last time, she had the edge; he wasn't paying attention. But now she wouldn't be so lucky. He was prepared.

He stood and used his free arm to pull the girl lunging at him into his chest. She slammed against his broken arm and he winced in pain, but remained restraining her.

"Let me go!!!" she screamed, fighting against him. He only tightened his grip. Now it was so hard, he was sure he would break another bone before this was over with. "I hate you, you pervy old man !!!"

He didn't fight, didn't yell, but instead, kissed the top of her head and rested his cheek on the same area.

Arisa stopped screaming and fighting and wrapped her arms tightly around his midriff, pulling him impossibly closer. All those tears she'd been holding back since she heard the news came out at once and she began crying hysterically against Hatori's chest and broken arm.

He empathized with the girl, for they shared a similar background. Like Arisa, Hatori’s mother ran away when he was very young for the same reason Momiji’s mother went mad; she thought of her son as a monster. Of course, his father had to erase his mother’s memories so she wouldn’t tell the family secret. After that, his father took up drinking, like Arisa’s. He blamed his son for the loss of his wife and would beat him senseless a few times a month. He’d hide the bruises under turtle necks and make-up, and found ways to cope with it. Such as shutting the rest of the world out. But when he entered middle school, he was properly introduced to Ayame and Shigure. Hatori had met his cousins before at the Zodiac banquets, but never really got the chance to know them. Arisa and he were the same; Tohru and Saki were her escapes from her dreaded home life, and Ayame and Shigure we his. He eventually started warming-up to people after befriending his hyperactive cousins. One day when Hatori was 16. He finally brought Shigure and Ayame over to his house. What he didn’t know was that his father had been drinking again and when he saw the snake and dog, became very upset. All it took was a single swing at Ayame for Hatori to react, and at last, paid him back for all the years of abuse he had suffered. His father was placed in the hospital and Hatori went to live with his cousins in one of the larger houses on the Sohma estate. Once Akito, who was still very young, heard of this, she ordered that Hatori’s father be banned from ever stepping foot in the Sohma estate again. He tried once, and Akito nearly killed him. Shigure and Ayame understood all of what had been going on and helped Hatori through it. Although his actions and
words so otherwise, it anyone tried to take Shigure or Ayame away from him, he’d act the same way Arisa did. Which is precisely why he was holding her so close; to tell her she wasn’t alone and she wasn’t going to lose the friend who’d helped her through so much.

"Shh..." He loosened his grip, making the embrace much more comfortable and caressed her shoulders and back. "It's alright..."

"Come on..." Saki quietly urged Tohru. They left the room, leaving Arisa and Hatori to have their moment alone.

A few minutes later, Arisa and Hatori were rudely brought out of their trance by a camera flashing.

She pushed Hatori away and looked at Tohru, who had a camera in her hand. She was also wearing a clean shirt.

She wiped her eyes. "Tohru..." she laughed, a bright smile on her face. "What was that for???"

Tohru smiled cheerfully. "You two looked so cute together!!!" she exclaimed in a nasally voice. "I'm.... I'm so happy!!!"

They all shared a tender laugh for a few minutes, then Saki reminded Arisa they had to go shopping, and they left.

Once they were gone, Tohru pressed herself ever-so gently against Hatori’s chest, being careful of his broken arm. She inhaled that heavenly scent that made all bad thoughts vanish and just let me relax.

"We’re going to need to tell Yuki and Kyo next.” Hatori said, playing with the brunettes hair. Yuki wouldn’t be much of a problem, but Kyo would more than likely react worse than Arisa, and Hatori might get a few more broken bones.

She nodded her head against him. "Which one first???"

"Yuki."

Smiling brightly, she looked up into his cerulean eyes, one hidden by his hair, and nodded her head again. "Then we'll tell Kyo and Shigure and Akito and all the rest!!!"

He pressed his lips against her's gently.

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

"I wonder what he'll say..." Tohru thought aloud as they opened the door to Yuki's apparment complex. The very same day Tohru moved out of Shigure's house, Yuki and Kyo moved out too, and Akito moved in.

Hatori shook his head slightly. He had an idea of what the rat's reaction would be, but didn't want to tell Tohru. She'd react too dramatically and probably call the whole thing off.

"I hope he'll be happy." she chimed. "And he'll be an uncle!!!"

The way she spoke was making Hatori smile brighter than usual. It was so cheery and uplifting, who wouldn't smile???

The door to Yuki's appartment was slightly ajar and they could a television runnig in the first room.

"One of these days, someone's gonna---" Hatori started, stopping when he peered through the crack.

There, on the couch, sat Yuki. Kyo was sprawled across him in the same manner Tohru had been on Hatori the night before. His head was resting comfortably on the rat's shoulder and his hand was on the other shoulder, keeping himself from falling over.
Yuki's long, skinny arms were wrapped tightly around the cat's waist and his had was resting on the cat's, both staring at the television screen.

Tohru blushed at the sight and was renderred speachless, while Hatori stared with curiousity at the pair on the couch.

Kyo lifted his head on the rat's shoulder and stared at him though ruby eyes. Yuki, feeling lighter when he did this, turned to the cat and interlocked their eyes. Follwed by their eyes, were their lips.

Tohru had to put a hand over her mouth to keep from gasping or screaming or whatever her body wanted to do at the moment.

As they kissed, Yuki would continuely nibble at Kyo's bottom lip and Kyo would just smile whenever he did this.

"You're such a damn rat." he said into the kiss.

"Oh???"

"You keep nibbling like I'm a piece of goddamn cheese!!!"

They smiled, then continued kissing.

Hatori and Tohru just watched with fascination at the two, never letting their eyes leave the unusual sight.

Neither could help wonder how long this had been going on. Had they always been a couple??? They sure acted like it... But why wouldn't they tell anyone???

"Hari!!!" a cheery voice called.

Hatori turned to see the rabbit come bouncing down the hall, waving the entire length of his arm.

"Tohru!!! What are you guys doing here???" he asked, atopping beside them.

They didn't answer, but rather, just stared at the energetic blond. Tohru's cheeks were still red and there was no use trying to hide her embarrassement at this point.

"Tohru!!! You're blushing!!!" he observed. "You and Hari weren't doing anything innopropriate were you???" He winked. "And Hari!!! What happened to your arm???"

"Momiji... don't you have school???" Hatori asked.

The rabbit nodded his head enthusiastically. "Ya. But we had tests today, so I got out early. I came here to give Yuki back this CD I borrowed last week." Momiji opened the attache he'd been carrying and took out a CD case. It was decorated with sparkles and glitter and had some fancy-letterd words written across it.

"Now I'm gonna go give it to him. You guys can come in if you want..."

They moved aside and allowed the rabbit to open the door farther.

He stopped dead in his tracks.

"Kyo!!! Yuki!!! What are two doing?!?" he demanded in a rather innocent tone.

There was a yell that obviously belonged to the cat, followed by a crash and a few curse words.

"Momiji!!!" came the shy voice of the rat. "W-what are you doing here???"

"I came to give you back your CD." he said matter-of-factly, but still innocent. "Why were you and Kyo kissing???... Wait!!! You two aren't..." As he gulped down hard, his cheeks turned a red that matched his pink shirt quite nicely. "Dating are you???"

"Now wait just a goddamn minute, you little brat!!!" came the loud and obviously pissed voice of Kyo. "You aren't gonna say a word to anyone, is that clear?!?"

"Yes." Yuki agreed. "This is a secret, Momiji. You aren't to tell anyone."

Momiji shook his head. "Nope!!!"

"Why not?!?"

Momiji opened the door farther, allowing Hatori and Tohru to come into view. "'Cause they got here before me!!!"

Kyo had fallen on the floor and was sitting with his legs stretched out in front of him. The black shirt he wore revealed his stomach and his pants were a little loose with two strings dangling from it. Yuki had on a blue, button-up shirt with red
fluffy things on the buttons and a pair of comfortably-fitting jeans.

They both stared wide-eyed at the trio.

"Tohru!!!" Kyo called, struggling to his feet.

"Honda-san!!!" the rat called in disbelief, having to blink his eyes to make sure it wasn't an illusion. The last thing either of them wanted was for Tohru to find them out. And if she did, they wanted be the ones who told her. And the fact that
Hatori had seen their little moment was beyond creepy. Kyo had to fight back the urge to grab a knife and cut his good eye out so he wouldn't be able to see anything else ever again.

"Um..." she stammered. What do I say??? This is really awkward...

"Hatori, Honda-san," Yuki said, trying to maintain his voice-level and cast out all the nervousness and anger. "What brings the two of you here???"

Neither the rat or the cat seemed to notice Hatori's broken arm. Secretly, he was glad. He didn't want the embarrassement of having to explain how a girl had managed to break his arm with a single punch.

It was at that point Hatori decided to take advantage of this moment. It was the perfect opportunity to tell them. And the three of them were all there together. He could kill three birds with one stone, instead of having to tell them each individually.

Yuki wasn't sure, but he could have swore he saw a smirk on the dragon's face.

"Tohru's pregnant." he said matter-of-factly.

Three sets on eyes fell upon
the couple, one filled with hate, one filled with joy, and the other filled with surprise.

"Tohru!!!" the rabbit exclaimed, jumping up and down. He flung himself against the girl and embraced her tightly. "That's so amazing!!!"

Momiji loved the fact that he could now hug Tohru as much as he wanted and never transform. He had yearned to do so from the very first time he met the strange girl in his father's office building. In fact, they all wanted to take Tohru in their arms. When the curse had been broken on all the dijounshi, they immediately embraced her as tight as they could. She was so sweet and had done so much for them and now they could show her their appreciation properly and did it quite often. Even Hiro and Ritsu found themselves strangely attached to the girl who'd freed them from their dreadful curse.

"I'm seriously gonna kill you!!!" Kyo shouted. He began to lunge at Hatori, but was restrained by Yuki's around him tightly.

"No you won't." he told the foolish, short-tempered cat. "It's their decision, not our's."

"How the hell can you say that?!?" he demanded. "This is Tohru we're taking about, you damn rat!!! Tohru's pregnant!!! Not some flousy he picked up!!! TOHRU!!!"

He sighed. "I know that, you stupid cat. But this doesn't concern us. We should just support them and be there for her. Right???"

Kyo's eyes narrowed and he looked away. "Ya. I guess..."

"Thank you!!!" Tohru exclaimed merilly. "'Cause if you guys wouldn't mind, I'd like the baby to call you 'Uncle'!!!"

They all smiled at that. Tohru really was a part of their family.

"Of course." Yuki said, speaking for the two of them.

"And they can call me o-nii-chan!!!" Momiji stated happily.

"Yep!!!"

The five of them talked for a while longer before leaving. They had other's to tell and they wanted to get it all done in one day, if that was possible.

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

The next stop was Shigure's house.

Hatori and Tohru were still thinking about Yuki and Kyo and what they had seen at the appartment.

"I guess that makes sense." Tohru said.

Hatori looked over at her. "What makes sense???"

"Why Yuki never dated any of his fangirls. In fact, I don't think he's ever dated a girl before."

He nodded. "You have a point."

"But... why wouldn't they tell me??? Maybe I'm not someone they can trust..." She looked down at the dirt below her.

"Don't put yourself down like that." He hung an arm around her shoulders and pulled her close. "They didn't tell anyone, Tohru. And they didn't want you to think badly of them."

She looked up at the doctor. "Why would I do that??? They're two of my closest friends... No!!! They're like brothers..."

He sighed. "Homosexuallality isn't something that generally acceptable in this day and age."

"But Ayame-san is accepted by a lot of people."

"No he isn't..."

Tohru lifeted an eyebrow, then thought about it. The only one she knew that didn't except Ayame-san was Yuki-kun, and brothers are supposed to fight. Who else didn't except him...???

"They may accept Ayame and tolerate him, but that's only because he's just Ayame. It's... confusing.... People only accept him not because they accept the ideas he portrays, but because he's unique and outgoing and good-looking." He sighed. "Do you understand???"

She nodded her head. "Yes." Brown eyes lit up as she faced forward, down the path. "There's Shigure-san's house!!!"

Let's just hope this one goes as well as the last were the thoughts that crossed his mind. He hadn't expected Yuki to be so rational, even in the circumstances he was under. He at least expected him to tell him to leave rudely and slam the door.
But he behaved more like an... adult. I guess he's really growing up

"Tohru-chan!!!" the dog called, walking around the corner of the house out to the front. "Ne, What brings you here???"

"We have really wonderful news, Shigure-san!!!" she exclaimed merrily.

Hatori looked at the brunette, who hadtaken off to jump into Shigure's arms. She's getting used to telling people

"Ne, and what would that be???" he asked, letting go of the embrace.

She smiled brightly. "I'm pregnant!!!"

Shigure's eyes got big for a second, then narrowed into a smile. "Ne, congratulations, Tohru-chan!!! Haa-san!!!"

"Shigure..." the dragon called cooly, reaching for his cell phone. "I have something I want to show you."

He cycled through a couple of pictures until finding the right one. It was of Kyo and Yuki during their special "moment."

He'd taken the photo when Tohru was occupied and didn't mention it afterward.

The dog looked at the photo. It was only a few seconds before he was practically rolling on the ground from laughing so hard.

"Yuki... and... Kyo.... together..." he managed to say. "Making... out... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"

"Let's leave the idiot in peace." Hatori instructed, motioning for Tohru to follow him down the path toward the main house.

Experience told him that the dog wouldn't let-up for at least an hour, and time was slowing slipping away from the couple as it was. "Tell Akito the news."

So they left Shigure, rolling in the dirt like the dog he was, and headed for the main house.

7 down

"Oh, Hatori!!!" Tohru called, stopping before the dojo. "I bet Haru and Shissou are here!!!"

He simply nodded in agreement and the two proceeded toward the dojo.

This was a place of happy memories for the dragon. Where he would come and beat the snot out of his family members, which included Ayame and Shigure in their teens. Even Kazuma, the current master of the dojo, was no match for Hatori. When the dragon went to martial arts tournaments, the people who fought against him often forfeighted before the fight even began. And the ones that didn't were sent flying into the judges table. Because of his bad repuation and dislike for people, Hatori was,
ironically, known as "The Dragon." It amused the other members of the dijounshi and the ones who knew of his secret when they went to these tournaments. It was like telling a super-secret and nobody knowing what the heck you were talking about. It was as funny to them as Ayame being called, "The Snake" in school for his reputation to get out of everything and the way his tongue would casually slip when talking with people.

AF: Alright, I couldn't think of what to put next, so for the rest of the encounters and confessings, I'll leave that up to your imaginations. I think that when writers are having difficulty thinking of what to write next, they force it out, and the
plot turns to crap and noone wants to read it anymore. But if I get the urge, I'll write it out

Yuki & Kyo: (Blush) I hate you...

AF: That's okay!!! I LOVE YOU!!!

Yuki: Why would I EVER date someone like him?!?

Hatori: But you don't say anything about how he's a guy???

Yuki: I like guys. I'll admit it.

Momiji: AF-chan, AF-chan!!! I read on your livejournal profile that you're going to pair me up with Arisa in the next chapter!!!

AF: Yuppers!!!

Arisa: What the hell?!? And what gives you the right to call me Arisa???

AF: I'm the writer

Arisa: Right...

AF: And Saki, I was originally going to pair you up with Shigure, but decided you'd be best with Haru, instead.

Saki: Oh joy...

AF: TATA!!!

~Anime Freakette~
