!!!!!Chapter 4!!!!!
[Half A Month Later]
A half a month passed and Hilary was now four and a half months pregnant. She was starting to show a lot more and had to watch what she wore while she was out in public. She still continued spending her time with Joel like she normally did. The two were still only friends but they always held hands and kissed each other. Joy on the other hand was spending more time with Benji.
Today Hilary had to head to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to get an ultrasound done to see what she was having and after she was done there she had to go meet everybody for lunch at the Ivy.
Hilary sat in her room getting ready to head to the doctors office. She just got done taking a shower and was now done curling her hair. She put her make up on and walked out of her room after grabbing her handbag. She went downstairs into the living room and grabbed her keys. Her father was in the living room on his laptop, “hey daddy I'm going to the doctors office and then I'm heading out to lunch with Joy and the boys.”
Her father looked up at her, “alright. Have fun.” he said smiling
“I will. Bye daddy” she said before walking out of the door
[One Hour Later]
About an hour later Hilary came walking out of the hospital. She was very excited that she just found out she was having a baby girl! She couldn't wait to tell the others!
Hilary got in her car and made her way to the Ivy where she was meeting her friends for lunch. She reached the Ivy and walked in looking around. She saw everybody sitting down talking. She walked up to them sitting down, “hey guys!
Joy looked over at Hilary, “hey Hilary! What did you find out?” she asked smiling
“Well...” Hilary said smiling, “I’m having a baby girl!” she said getting excited
Joel looked over at Hilary smiling, “congratulations Hilary!”
Hilary blushed a little, “thanks guys. I'm so excited and I seriously cannot wait to have this baby!”
Benji looked over at Hilary, “I think we all are excited and cant wait!” he said smiling as he looked over at Joy
Joy saw Benji looking at her and looked at him smiling some before glancing away. She was hoping he didn't know she had a huge crush on him! He was so super sexy but it was weird because they were friends!
Hilary nodded as they all continued talking and having fun hanging out.
[Later That Night]
Hilary sat in her room on her bed with her laptop on her lap looking up baby names. She was having a difficult time picking out a name because she really liked a lot of them. She was lost in thought looking up names but was interrupted by hearing her door open. She looked over at her door seeing Joel walking in.
She smiled at him and turned her attention back to the laptop, “hey Joel!” she asked
“Hey Hilary. What are you doing?” he asked her as he sat down next to her
Hilary kept her attention on the laptop, “well I'm looking up baby names but its so hard to pick one because I like a lot of them.” she said smiling
“Yeah I bet its hard picking one” Joel said smiling as he watched her
Hilary looked over at Joel, “Yeah it is really hard! Too many cute names!” she said leaning over and hugging him
“Aww....” Joel said laughing some as he hugged her
Hilary's phone started vibrating, “shut up!” she said smiling as she sat up grabbing her phone. She looked at it seeing it was Bryce. She rolled her eyes and threw her phone back onto the bed, “so what’s up?” she asked looking at Joel.
“Not much. What’s up with you?” he asked leaning towards her
Hilary sighed, “well Bryce wont stop calling me and I'm getting fatter by the day...” she said pausing, “and yeah...”
Joel smiled watching her, “well I was thinking you needed to get away from Los Angeles for awhile so I thought maybe we could go to Chicago with me and the boys. We are having a concert there and afterwards we can go sight seeing. Chicago has some pretty cool places we could go too.”
Hilary's mouth dropped with excitement, “oh my gosh are you serious?” she asked watching him
Joel nodded, “yeah I looked up places to go and I found that we could go to Sears Tower Skydeck, the Cubs Games, the Field Museum, the Shedd Aquarium, Medieval Times, and the Navy Pier to go shopping, and I was thinking Six Flags but we couldn't go since you're pregnant.” he said pausing, “and they have the Buckingham Fountain that we can go see at night.” he said smiling
Hilary looked at Joel with excitement running through her body, “that would so rock! You are amazing!” she said smiling
“I know” he said smiling as he took her hand in his
Hilary looked down at their hands then back up at Joel, “so when do we leave?” she asked smiling
“We leave tomorrow night. So just get everything you need packed and then we'll go from there okay?” Joel said watching her
Hilary went back to her laptop, “alright I can do that!” she said smiling
[Later That Night]
Nighttime soon rolled around and Hilary was with Joy. They were chilling at her house having a girlie night.
They were in the middle of watching Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End when Hilary's phone started vibrating. She thought it was Joel but looked at her phone seeing it was Bryce once again. She rolled her eyes as she put the phone up to her ear, “hello?” she said
“Its about damn time you answer your fucking phone!” Bryce's voice said on the other end
Hilary started getting irritated, “well did you ever think that maybe I don't want to fucking talk to you?” she said looking over at Joy who was looking at her, “or are you fucking stupid and cant figure it out?”
“Don’t fucking back mouth me bitch. I know where you are and I can come at any minute!” he said getting angry
Hilary sighed, “Bryce just leave me alone okay? I don't want you in my life anymore! We are done and over with!” she yelled slightly
“I have a reason to be in your life because you're carrying MY baby!” he said in his defense
Hilary shook her head getting angrier, “Bryce you don't even care two cents about this baby! You tried killing it when we were together. You don't fucking care about anybody but yourself and you are never and I repeat NEVER going to see this baby! Now excuse me I have to go!” she yelled shutting her phone hanging up on him.
Joy looked over at Hilary, “I’m guessing Bryce is stirring up more trouble?”
“God you have no idea. I hate him so fucking much! Why did I have to fucking get involved with him?!” Hilary said rubbing her face, “god I hate my life...”
Joy walked over to her, “Hilary don't say that. It will get better. Just give it time” she said sitting down by her
'Yeah I sure fucking hope so.” she said sighing, “so are you going to Chicago?” she asked looking at Joy
Joy smiled, “of course!”
“Good! We can be there together and have fun!” Hilary said smiling
Joy nodded in agreement, “yeah I know!” she said smiling
“Well actually we will be too busy flirting with Benji!” Hilary said teasing her
Joy hit her playfully, “Shut up Hilary!” she said trying not to blush
“Sorry!” she said smiling as she looked at Joy, “Chicago here we come!” she said as Joy laughed along with her
[Half A Month Later]
