Evelyn was headed towards the exit after the show when suddenly a rather large and strong hand was placed on her shoulder.
"Can you please hold up a sec, miss?" a deep voice rumbled behind her.
She turned slowly, her expression changing from sheer happiness and delight to worry.
"Can I help you?" Evelyn asked softly, her voice shaking a little. This man was huge!
"Sure can, just checking to see if you are the girl who won the meet and greet."
"What meet and greet? I didn't hear of any competition..." Evelyn trailed off thoughtfully.
"Oh, they don't announce it, they just send us guards a picture of the winner, and we have to find them. If they've already left, thats just tough luck."
The security guard pulled his phone out of his pocket. He examined the screen for a moment then held it up to Evelyn.
"Is this you?" he asked. He looked at her with a look that said he was not mistaken.
Evelyn looked at the screen. Her hair was a mess, her eyes were wide in her pale face, and her mouth was twisted in a teary smile.
"Dodgiest picture ever, but yep - that's me." She smiled and he nodded.
"Cool. Okay, so I'll just take you over here, and once the guys have ushered everyone out - you're in!"
The security guard pointed to the door next to the stage as he shoved his phone back in his pocket.
Evelyn's smile broadened, and fought back the urge to squeal.
You are not a child, Evelyn. You are better than that.
Taking a deep breath to calm herself down, she followed the guard to the door.

Half an hour later, Evelyn was wondering if she'd been had.
The venue had been empty for the last 20 minutes, and Colin the security guard had gone with the other guards with a passing "won't be too long now", so she was alone.
She took another quick glance at her watch.
"10 more minutes..." she muttered, sitting down on the floor beside the door.
Suddenly the heavy door swung open, and before Evelyn could blink she was hit in the head with the door.
Everything faded to black.
