Chapter 7- Same name, different person.

~Patrick~
I sat there for awhile, wondering if Pete would figure out where I was. I just had to find a place to think. I have no clue why he took me here of all places, but I knew he was just trying to make me feel better. Nothing could make me feel better about what Natasha did to me.

“Patrick?! Patrick, are you in here?!”

I thought about not responding but I decided to not let him worry. “Yeah, man, I'm right here.”

Pete crawled into the plastic play set and found me at the spot where I could look over all of Chuck E. Cheese.

“Patrick, what are you doing in here?”

“I just had to find some place where I could think. And trust me, it's hard to find a place like that here.”

Pete moved closer to me and put his arm around my shoulders.

“I was looking all over for you! I even looked in the ball pit. Just imagine me in the ball pit, yelling your name while screaming children hit me with plastic balls.”

I laughed for a little bit and said, “I'm sorry, I just couldn't stay out there for any longer.”

Pete smiled. “It's alright, I'm just glad I finally found you.”

He smiled at me. I gave him a puzzled look. “What?”

“Nothing, I was thinking about how cute you look today.”

I laughed. “Thanks, but you're the one who picked out my outfit.”

“I wasn't talking about your outfit, I was just looking at your face and thought about how hot you are.”

I smiled sheepishly. “I try.”

Pete took my face in his hands and kissed me softly on the lips. I started to kiss him back, grabbing the back of his head. I could feel one of his hands moving to the small of my back. I made the first move, parting his lips with my tongue. He let me enter his mouth and gratefully put my tongue in his mouth.

When Pete started to lift my shirt up, we heard a kid scream. We pulled apart from each other and saw a little girl of about three years of age. She quickly ran out of the play set yelling, “Mommy, there are two men in there kissssiiiinnnnggg!”

We scrambled out as fast as we could and ran out the door. When we were safe inside the car, I breathed a sigh of relief. “Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to be making out in Chuck E. Cheese.”

Pete grinned. “Yeah, not one of our brightest ideas.”
About a week later, it was about time for our tour. We said our goodbyes and got a dog sitter for Hemingway. When we got on the tour bus, it brought back memories.

Andy played video games with Joe while Pete watched. I just sat by the window at stared out at the road.

I couldn't get Natasha out of my mind. I couldn't believe that she would do this to me. I also couldn't get the baby out of my mind. It's gonna be raised without a father. This child won't know who I am. I won't get to meet it. Ever.

Tears slid down my face, but I turned my back to the guys and quickly wiped them away. I turned on my mp3 player and drowned out the sounds of the video games. And my mind.

Me and the band were just leaving a concert and were immediately bombarded by fans. We signed various autographs and took a few pictures. Then a girl of about 14 or 15, grabbed my arm and screamed. “PATRICK! OH MY GOD, I LOVE YOU! YOU HAVE THE VOICE OF A THOUSAND ANGELS! YOU ARE SOOOO CUTE!”

I laughed and said, “I'm assuming you want an autograph?”

“YES! And can I have a hug and a picture?!”

“Sure, what's your name?”

She smiled. “Natasha.”

I froze for a second at the thought of that name, but quickly shook it off.

I signed her T-shirt, her four cd's, and her posters. I took a few pictures with her and hugged her goodbye.

She sneaked a kiss on my lips and stroked my sideburns. I laughed and said, “You're the first fan to have ever kissed my lips.”

She shreaked and hugged me even tighter.

“Uh, Natasha, I have to go now, but it was very nice meeting you. I wrote my phone number on the inside of one of you cd's, so call me anytime!”

“THANK YOU SOOO MUCH, I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART AND I ALWAYS WILL!”

I laughed at the thought of that. Who knew that one day I would have millions of girls loving me. I sure didn't. “Okay, bye Natasha”

“BYE PATRICK!”

When we got back on the bus, I thought about Natasha, the mother of my child. Once again, tears slid down my face and this time I didn't stop them.
