I never asked to be taken like this.
Not once in my short life did I think that something this horrible would happen to me. I had been taught to believe that only humans endured this treatment from the nobles.
How naïve I was.
But I am strong. Strong as my mother and her mother before me. I will live through this, even though I made a foolish choice. I knew that I should’ve chose to give in to him without a fuss, but like the stubborn girl I am, I chose to fight back.
