It was 2 days before my birthday and my dad had just left me with my mum and step dad in Wales while he went to see the world and as usual my mum and step dad are working and so is my 22 year old sister Nicola so I have to look after my 4year old half brother who loves me to bits and loves the same things as me tormenting our older sister (Nicola) watching movies and most of all listening to my chemical romance when my brother was born my favourite my chemical romance song and lullaby bullet proof heart was playing then when it came to naming him my mum let me name him (bad idea) so he got named Gerard Arthur horsford.

When I’d had enough of Gerard’s pranks like fake spiders in my food and his nursery rhyme cds where my mcr cds should be I put mp4 player on and went to my room and started to drift away listening to bullet proof heart, Gerard way’s voice is so smooth and angelic it makes me feel better listening to him when I fall asleep.

(dream) where am I, oh I’m in Italy “I’m so glad you too found each other” I heard a voice say then I looked up and it was my dad but he wasn’t just talking to me there was someone next to me with their arm around my shoulders and that was who my dad was addressing “me too she is the love of my life and I won’t let anything happen to her” the other strangely familiar voice said and when he did he squeezed my shoulder lightly and when I went to look up at him I got woken up by my little rat of a brother.

“GERARD ARTHUR HORSFORD YOU LITTLE MONSTER YOUR DEAD GET BACK HERE NOW!!!” I screamed because Gerard had just squirted me with his party poison water gun whilst wearing the whole party poison costume I bought him for his last birthday “WHAT’S THE PROBLEM SIS YOU WET THE BED” he replied. “YOU ARE SO DEAD” I said trying not laugh as I caught up to him running across the landing I swung my arms around his slender waist and picked him up and turned him towards me I couldn’t believe how much he looked like Gerard way he saw that I was daydreaming so he squirted me again which made me drop him and he started running again only to trip over his roller blades which made me start laughing under my breath, so he wouldn’t kill me or hate me then I ran up to him and tapped him on the shoulder and he turned round only to show me that he was crying, and that was because he scraped his knee.

all I could say to him as I picked him up again to put him over my shoulder was “aww gee come on let’s go get ya a plaster ok” and he just nodded in the middle of tears when I got half way down the stairs that’s when Nicola got home and saw me carrying Gerard so she asked “what’s up with the little tyke now” Gerard looked up with a tear stained face lifted his water gun when Nicola was right in front of him he pulled the trigger on his water gun and splashed Nicola right in her smug little face then I pulled Gerard in front of me and said “high five gee” I said whilst giggling gee smacked my hand.

Then we went to the kitchen and I put Gerard down on the counter and got him a plaster and he hugged me and said “sorry sis I didn’t mean to upset you” and I started to cry and said “it’s ok sweetheart” and I took Gerard out to get a ice cream and I took my mp4 with me when Gerard saw I was listening to mcr he pulled one of my head phones out only to put in into his own ear it made me laugh his favourite is disenchanted then when we got back to the house our mum and dad were back (my step dad Gerard’s real dad) tom (my step dad) picked me up without any effort and swung me round in circles saying that he was glad to see me again and my mum noticed Gerard’s knee and I told her that he just fell and scraped it and gee nodded. Then I went up to my room to listen to my music in peace but I was interrupted by Gerard who just posted a note under my door and ran back down stairs so I went over to my door and picked up the note it read “mum said that she’s got you enrolled in a college here but it’s only part time and that she found out from your dad that some of your friends from barrow are going to the same college and he gave mum the names so you could decide whether you wanted to go there or avoid them : tia Oldham, Tyler morsby, Jacob mc Neil, charlotte Jackson, charlotte Wilkes, Scott rowlands and jess Nicholson
I was so happy I ran down stairs and hugged my mum and asked her if my dad gave her any of their phone numbers and she just said “no need they found out you were coming to live with us and came over 2minutes ago they are in the living room right now love” all I could say to that was “YAY” and “TIA, TYLER, JACOB, CHARLOTTES, JESS, SCOTTY BOY COME HERE NOW HAH HA” they ran through and nearly strangled me in a group hug whilst yelling “AMY” and Jacob shouted “WHERE YOU BEEN FREAKAZOID,no offence intended… tia hah ha” and jess said “HUH, YOU DON’T TELL ME WHAT TO DO” then laughed then I was choking whilst speaking “can’t breathe help me mum, tom hah ha” then they let go “aww hunni it’s just so good to see you again”charlotte.w said then tia agreed whilst slapping Jacob across the head for the comment he had just made.

“guys have you met my little brother” they all said no so all I did was shout “ Gerard Arthur horsford get your bony little backside down here and meet my friends” then all I heard was “I can’t I need some sleep but I’ll come down in a minute … Amy where’s my black parade outfit” and I answered saying “in my room where you got me to put it back in your secret closet love” my friends just said “aww” and “why Gerard” and I said “cause that’s his name?” they looked at me curiously then jess said “duh, but tell us why he’s called that” I gave in “ ok my mum let me name him” then they just laughed then Gerard looked over the banister and shouted “Amy can you help me please I can’t find it” then tia the charlottes and jess just said “aww” and I sighed and said “ hold on I’m coming gee” and ran upstairs while my friends asked my mum loads of questions and I showed Gerard where his outfit was but I told him to dress like himself for a change and not dress like Gerard way and he just said “ok will you help me though” and I just nodded my head and I picked out a grey short sleeve t shirt with a skull and crossbones on then picked up his black checker shirt and put it over his t shirt and then I went to his drawers and pulled out a pair of black skinnies with rips in the knees and his black and red studded belt then he picked his black converse sneakers with red and black checker laces then I took him to the bathroom to sort his hair out he had medium length blackly brown hair and I cut it short and gelled it in little spikes then took him downstairs to meet my friends they all awed and my mum thanked me for cutting his hair because Gerard wouldn’t let her do it, my mum let my friends stay over and Jacob, Scott and Tyler became good friends with Gerard and my step dad tom then we all went to bed the boys had the spare room above my room which when I got round to putting my drums and guitars up there would be my music room and me and the girls had my room,

Gerard begged me to let him stay with me that night and being the nice sister I said that he could but that he had to sleep upstairs with the boys when we were finished watching movies and playing on the wii and he just said “ok” and ran to get his MCR PJ’s I bought him and when he came back everyone was in their pjs ready to play on the wii we played on green day rock band for 2 hours and my brother kept whining that there was no MCR so I just chucked him my mp4 to listen to while we played so he would shut up then we went on wii fit then we went to bed because in the morning all of us apart from gee had to go to college but gee had to go to playschool so he would be fine (picked on for clothing choices but fine) Gerard had given my mp4 back and I was listening to my lullaby to get to sleep.
