Chapter 03: Shake It Up

===July 16, 8:00 AM, Snow Country===

"Are you ready Kusetsu-chan?" Jiraiya asked.

"Hai, Jiraiya-sensei... this time it'll freeze into ice!" Kusetsu exclaimed confidently and punched the air, which shook her J cup breasts under her white coat.

Jiraiya smirked pervertedly, but proudly. Since he'd moved to Snow almost a year ago he'd taken Kusetsu as his apprentice as a favor to Naruto, while she didn't have the potential of his three former students, she was talented. She wasn't a regular Chuunin, she'd have to be a specialist in a single area, but that was fine since there were many specialists in Konoha. He still loved it that she was the first Special Chuunin in Snow Country... and Koyuki had enacted a similar rule as Konoha about kunoichi and sex, but they didn't have the population of a village like Konoha, or the resources, so it was Genin Rank instead of Chuunin, but Anko had trained Hisame to teach a similar 'Special Kunoichi Class' to qualify, she even used similar methods... some of which she also used in the bedroom with him... Kusetsu had passed the two week course her first time, and the last five months had been a blast for everyone. "Okay Kusetsu, when you're ready create one." Jiraiya said as a cold wind blew. He was standing in six inches of snow in below freezing temperatures, in his normal attire, but he'd learned to handle extreme heat and cold years ago, and being a Kitsune now he could handle it even better. Kusetsu however had to wear insulated boots, pants and a jacket, Koyuki insisted. He watched her take several deep breaths, then start the eight hand signs he'd taught her.

"ICE STYLE: ICE FOX JUTSU!" Kusetsu exclaimed and poured her chakra into the jutsu, this time she wasn't just going to make a water fox... she wanted an Ice Fox, she could see it in her mind. The snow in front of her rippled and rose up quickly forming a rough image of a fox, but it was mostly water with lumps of snow as usual. This time though she didn't give up, once again she tried to blow on the water with her wind chakra and mix it with the water in her mind to freeze it. "Come on... freeze you stupid.... 'crackle' IT FROZE, I DID IT!" Kusetsu screamed excitedly, jumped the ice fox, leapt onto Jiraiya and wrapped herself around him. "I DID IT I DID IT!"

"I noticed..." Jiraiya gasped out then tapped on her shoulder. "Air..."

Kusetsu 'eeped', loosened her crushing hug on his neck, kissed him and dropped off. "Sorry Jiraiya-sensei... are you okay?"

Three hundred yards away on the wall surrounding the Palace the guard checked on her with his binoculars, smiled, shook his head and continued his patrol of the wall.

===8:12 AM, Konoha, Namikaze Mansion===

Micchieru opened the bedroom door and walked in, the moment she did she knew they were awake and had been for a while. Her Kitsune senses were assaulted by the now very familiar signs of sex. Naruto, in black pants, orange shirt and his white sleeveless coat with orange flame trim, smiled, walked over to his mother seated on that side of the table next to his sister Kouseki, leaned down and gave her a kiss on the lips. "You know I did Kaa-san... morning Kooshy." Naruto said then kissed her.

"Naruto-sama was incredible... and while we're inside the compound don't call me Scorpion, my friends call me Hosabi." Scorpion said, dressed in a similar outfit to what she wore yesterday, but it was all sandy brown. The hood and mask were down. "I don't want to impose, but Naruto left me rather sore in several places, and...."

Tsunade laughed. "I know just what you need. Sorry to miss breakfast everyone, but it's better if she doesn't eat first. Come with me, a friend of ours can fix you up good as new." Tsunade said, stood, went around the table and took Hosabi's right hand. "Brace yourself, I haven't done this with someone in four months." Tsunade said, waited a moment for Hosabi to get ready, then they vanished in a puff of red smoke.

"Did she make it okay?" Isaribi asked.

Naruto smiled. "Hai, Isa-chan... they're at the Casino with Temari-chan."

"Naruto-kun, the Chuunin Exams are in five days, aren't we sending any teams this year?" Isaribi asked.

"Not this year, mainly because we don't need any new Chuunin, but there are other reasons. Enough work talk, let's eat." Naruto said.

===5:27 PM, Hokage Tower===

Naruto looked up from the papers on his desk when an ANBU came in, there weren't as many as usual, but he still welcomed the distraction. His brief smile turned cold when he saw how nervous the man was, despite his excellent effort to hide it. He'd seen this with Tsunade... it was bad news.

"Sorry to disturb you Hokage-sama, but there's been an incident involving one of your guests for the Poker Tournament... Ibiki-sama requests your presence at ANBU Headquarters immediately to resolve it." He said with only a little nervousness.

This caught Naruto a little off guard, he knew Ibiki very well. 'The only reason he'd do this was if...' Naruto thought, then stood with a loud snarl. "Dismissed!" Naruto said powerfully, and the ANBU vanished immediately. Naruto then vanished in a yellow flash.

===ANBU HQ, Ibiki's Office===

Naruto appeared in a yellow flash and scanned the room the instant he did. Ibiki was sitting behind his desk, to his right sitting in a chair, head down, in full shackles and a chakra suppressor was Ino. "What happened, and why is she shackled and in a chakra suppressor?"

Ibiki barely flinched, and stood. "I'm sorry Naruto-sama, regulations. She isn't hurt though, you have my word on that. Ino."

Ino looked up at Naruto, her face was a mixture of sadness and cooling rage. She bowed as best she could. "Naruto-sama, you remember Fuki, she was at my birthday party last year, before then you hadn't seen her since the academy." Ino said calmly, and waited a moment for Naruto to smile slightly and nod as he remembered her. "About an hour ago she was supposed to meet me, when she didn't show up I went to find her, she's never late. I found her about ten minutes later, she..." Ino stopped and took several deep breaths to calm herself. "She was in the Red Light District... in an alley... being raped by that Rock nin Quake!" Ino said venomously, unable to hold back her anger, the light on her chakra suppressor glowed brightly.

Naruto scowled coldly and clenched his fists so hard his knuckles cracked. His blue eyes turned red. "So you beat him..."

Ino looked Naruto dead in the eyes, a tear ran down her cheeks. "I killed him with Kunoichi's Blood Rage."

Naruto flinched visibly, that was Ino's ultimate technique... and the only forbidden jutsu of her Fallen Rose fighting style.

"Now you see why I called you down here." Ibiki said calmly.

"How much damage was done?" Naruto asked, he'd never seen it but he'd read the reports and the scroll it was on. He wasn't surprised he hadn't detected Ino's chakra when she used it, it was unlike any other S-Rank jutsu he'd ever encountered or heard of.

"The two buildings took some heavy structural damage... there wasn't enough left of Quake to pick up with tweezers. Except for what he did to her before Ino arrived, Fuki wasn't hurt." Ibiki said calmly.

Naruto closed his eyes and for five minutes just stood statue still, he didn't even seem to be breathing, then he opened his eyes, they were blue. "Ino Yamanaka, please stand... " Naruto said, then waited a moment for her to obey. "Despite the severity of your actions... I believe they were justified, no charges will be pressed, but this will appear on your record... and a copy of what happened will be sent to the Tsuchikage, he'll most likely put your name in the Earth Bingo Book with mine... you know what that means Ino."

Ino nodded sadly.

"Let her go Ibiki, and send a copy of the report to the Tsuchikage by Kitsune Courier, I'll write a letter of apology to send with it. Have the courier come to my office in thirty minutes to pick up the letter. I'll inform Tsunade-chan." Naruto said calmly.

"I'm so sorry Naruto-sama, I know I've ruined things for you and Konoha with Iwa, if there's any way I..." Ino said sadly.

Naruto put a finger over Ino's lips to stop her. "Shh, stop Ino." Naruto interrupted. "Your reaction was extreme, but I would of done the same thing if I saw one of my close friends being raped... how is Fuki-chan?" Naruto asked then stepped aside for Ibiki who began unlocking Ino's shackles. "How are you standing Ino, I thought using that jutsu would drain most of your chakra?"

"They gave me one of Tsunade-chan's new chakra pills designed for use on prisoners, it'll wear off in about an hour so I need to get home and get in the spring for a soak, then get to bed, I need the sleep." Ino said then stretched and moaned in relief as she rolled her breasts against her ribcage with her hands when Ibiki removed the chakra suppressor. "That thing is murder on big tits. Fuki-chan is in the hospital being treated, I don't think any of our friends know yet."

Ibiki shook his head.

"I'll have Tsunade-chan treat her... she'll be upset about the tournament and this, but she'll understand... and better than I do. Have Kintara take you home. I'm sorry, but for the next five days you're restricted to your place, don't leave the grounds, no guests... but if you want to talk to someone other than Kintara you can summon your mice." Naruto said, gave Ino a soft kiss on the lips and vanished in a yellow flash.

A few moments later Kintara appeared in red smoke, and immediately hugged Ino..

===10 Minutes Later, Hospital, Fuki's Room===

Tsunade finished healing Fuki with one of her new medical jutsu, sighed and smiled happily down at the still emotionally shaken girl. "Good as new Fuki-chan, there's not going to be even a single scar." Tsunade said trying to comfort her.

"Th,thank you Tsunade-chan. Naruto-sama... is Ino in t,trouble?" Fuki asked shakily.

"No, she's not. She had a good reason to do what she did... he would of been executed anyway, no one does something like that in Konoha and gets away with it." Naruto said firmly but calmly, he didn't want to upset her. "If there's anything I can do for you Fuki-chan, just ask. No matter what it is I'll make it happen." Naruto said sincerely

"Thank you Naruto-sama... for now I just want to sleep." Fuki said.

Naruto nodded, tapped Tsunade and left the room. As soon as Tsunade closed the door he turned to her. "I'm personally assigning you to handle Fuki's treatment, you have my permission to do anything you have to... I will not let her be emotionally scarred by this, get anyone you want to help her, but this doesn't get out. Anyone that talks about this will answer to me." Naruto said with very restrained rage.

"Hai, Naruto-sama." Tsunade said, she hadn't seen that look in his eyes in quite a while... she knew exactly how mad he was, even without the link, which she wasn't going to use, she didn't want to see what was going on in his mind right now.

"I have some things to do... tell the remaining players he dropped out and left. That'll keep this quiet for a while anyway, it should buy us two weeks at least, maybe a month. You know how those Rock nins are even better than I do... you know how they'll react to this."

Tsunade sighed and nodded. "Hai, I wish I didn't though... I had enough of them years ago in Whirlpool. You better start preparing everyone, they know how strong we are so they won't do anything foolish, the Tsuchikage is an old war hawk and a hard ass war monger like Danzo was before he was arrested and executed, but he isn't stupid. I figure we have at least a year before we see any signs of them preparing for war... but it is coming and I don't see any way to avoid it, we won't turn Ino over to them when they demand it... and they will... what he did was wrong and he deserved to die for it. You want me to tell them?"

"No... tell everyone there's a meeting tomorrow morning at the compound, Main Hall, at ten o'clock." Naruto said then vanished in a yellow flash.

"Damn Rock nin, arrogant bastards." Tsunade said angrily then turned to a nearby nurse. "Nobody goes in there except me, if she wants anything, tell me. I'll leave a Shadow Clone in the lounge down the hall. I get one complaint from her about anyone... and I'll personally kick their ass." Tsunade said seriously, made a Shadow Clone, then the original vanished in red smoke.

The Nurse flinched, she'd been on duty the night Ouka Haruno was brought in by Naruto and had seen her rage first hand. "I'll personally inform the staff, excuse me Tsunade." She said, bowed and left at a fast walk.

Tsunade's clone smirked and headed for the lounge. 'I can't have any coffee dammit... hmm maybe I'll have two of these bitches go down on each other while I'm stuck in the lounge waiting.' Her clone thought then got a big smile on her face as she decided which two nurses to choose.

===5:18 PM, Golden Fox Casino, Tsunade's Office===

"He dropped out and just left?" Ayame said stunned.

Scorpion looked at Tsunade calmly, her instincts told her something was up. She knew Rock nin very well, Quake in particular, he had a lot of faults. He was arrogant, cocky, brash, a womanizer and all around pain in the ass... but he'd never just walk away from something like this without a very good reason. "That's odd, did he say why?"

'Fuck, she knows Quake too well and that something's up... but she isn't giving me away, thank you Hosabi-chan.' Tsunade thought.."He just said it was personal and that he wouldn't get to humiliate you bitches." Tsunade said.

"Sounds like him." Jiggles said calmly.

"Good riddance... I didn't like that jerk anyway." Ayame said sounding almost happy he was gone.

'Looks like Hosabi is the only one not buying the story... but knowing her she won't say anything just in case.' Tsunade thought.

"What about Shark, shouldn't he be here too?" Ayame asked.

"He's out, but when he arrives I'll personally inform him... good luck tonight ladies." Tsunade said, and nodded to indicate she was done.

Scorpion gave Tsunade a very subtle 'I know you're lying bitch' nod before she left.

Tsunade waited until they were gone and her door was shut. "She's from Suna and our ally, I'll inform her of the meeting after the tournament tonight, she should be there." Tsunade said quietly to herself, then closed her eyes..

===Tsunade's Mindscape===

Tsunade stood a moment, then her summoned guest appeared. 'How's Ino doing Kintara?' Tsunade said.

'Ino-sama is sleeping, but is a little restless... I can hear her moving in her bed.' Kintara said.

'She's still upset about what happened to Fuki, but Ino is strong, she'll be fine. I'll be by at eight-thirty tomorrow morning with Hinata for a full check up, have Ino fed and ready.' Tsunade said.

'Hai, Tsunade-sama.' Kintara said, bowed and vanished.

===Real World===

Tsunade opened her eyes and sighed sadly. "I thought I'd fought my last war... now I have to prepare for one with the second most powerful Elemental Country... so much for retirement. I have no choice then... I have to finish that jutsu, when they come at us it'll be with everything they have and I will not let anyone I care about die... not again." Tsunade said and gently rubbed the blue diamond mark on her forehead where she'd been storing her extra chakra. "Okay, happy face... time to greet the guests and get everything ready for the tournament."

===8:49 PM, Tournament Table===

Tsunade watched the four remaining players get the cards for their final hand, then Ayame gave her a subtle glance, she returned it.

"Rather than drag this out, let's up the stakes to something more interesting shall we?" Ayame said, since she was going first.

"What do you have in mind gorgeous?" Shark asked with a sly smile, hoping she meant what he was thinking.

Scorpion and Jiggles looked at Ayame curiously, they were thinking along the same lines as Shark.

"We'd all be here another day at least for the tournament, how about we just end things tonight on this hand, with special stakes, mine are simple... if I win I get Jiggles for the night. Tomorrow we'll let Tsunade sit in and we'll play strip poker."

The other players looked at Ayame stunned for a moment.

"I accept! If I win I get the three of you tonight." Shark said excitedly, a huge smile on his face.

"Wait a damn minute... are you serious, you want to bet... sex?" Jiggles said, still slightly stunned.

Ayame nodded.

"Sounds fun. If I win I get you for the night Ayame..." Scorpion said calmly. "And you too Jiggles, I want to see what's under that stunning outfit."

The crowd ooh 'ed, ahh 'ed and whispered excitedly.

Jiggles sighed, slightly annoyed. "I won't let you two show me up as women... I'm in. As to what I want...this is your tournament Tsunade, as well as the Hokage, and we all know you're married to him... what I want is private, and only the Hokage can give it to me. Can you arrange that?"

Tsunade was rather surprised by the request, but it did fit into her plans. "Hai, if you win I'll arrange it."

The whole room went quiet, Jiggles smiled happily.

Everyone went all in and played their hands as-is.

"Three queens, a ten and an eight." Ayame said.

"Two Kings, seven, three, two... damn!" Shark said and pouted sadly.

"Winning hand still belongs to Noodles." The Dealer said calmly.

Ayame smiled.

"Hmm, mine don't match, all I have are five low cards... in a row." Scorpion said, the last line as she laid her cards on the table and smiled big.

"New leader is Scorpion with a Straight." The dealer said.

Ayame let out a defeated sigh and slumped in her chair a moment. "Oh well, I'll still get Jiggles, even if I am the Scorpion Queen's bitch."

"Always beware of the Scorpion." Scorpion said deviously.

"I just step on scorpions, and I'm top bitch tonight, Heart Flush, Queen High." Jiggles said proudly.

Scorpion clenched her jaw. "Fuck!" Scorpion said angrily, in a rare display of emotion, crossed her arms over her chest and glared at Jiggles.

Winner of the Inter-Nation Poker Tournament is Jiggles... congratulations." The dealer said.

The other players congratulated Jiggles on winning, they were disappointed, but only for a few minutes.

"What the hell... care to join me for some fun tonight Ayame-chan?" Scorpion said seductively and winked.

Ayame's face lit up and she smiled at the special offer, knowing full well what Scorpion wanted to do. "I'd love to."

Jiggles walked over to Tsunade. "If he's available, I'd like a meeting right away." Jiggles asked politely.

Tsunade nodded. "He is. Let me finish up here and we'll go."

Jiggles smiled and nodded.
