Flipping back to Skills he put 5 points into Genjutsu, bringing it up to Apprentice level, put 25 points into Lightning Elemental Manipulation, raising both to 50. Finally he put 10 into Wind Elemental Manipulation, raising it to 25 and Novice Level like the rest For now, Lightning was the only Element he needed that high... and he didn't know any Elemental jutsu anyway, but he had a feeling that was going to change soon. "That just leaves one requirement... Mikoto-chan."
