"I think I heard something" said Morticia. It was after hours and the three of them were trying to sneek through the halls.
"It's just your mind playing tricks on you" whispered Daren. "I wish I had a way getting advanced warning if someone were coming."
"Will you two be quiet" hissed Chastity. "Someone will hear us!"
Presently, they made their way into the library. Taking great care, they sneeked into the restricted section. After some brousing, Chasity picked: Most Poisonous Potions, Into to the Dark Arts, and Dirty tricks for dualists. They then set off for the Slytherin Dungeons. They had just left the library when they turned a corner and came face to face with Profesor Weasley! Standing with her were three Gryfindor first years: Sirius Black, Romy Black and Coleen Finegan.
"You are out after hours" said Hermione. "ten points from Slytherin . . . and Gryfindor!"
"What!?!" screeched Sirius. "But we're the ones who told you about them!"
"And you had to be out after hours yourselves in order to spot their transgresion. Now, let see what you took from the library" said Hermione, turning back to the slytherins. When she saw the titles they had purloined her face went pale and she trembled with shock. "Your head of House will have to be informed of this."

After Profesor Hermione Weasley had informed Professor Claudia Mallory of what three slytherin first years had done and left the offending books with her, the head of Gryfindor House left the three students to be disiplined by their own Head of House.
When Profesor Mallory turned on the three students her long blonde hair whipped into the air.
"Taking dark arts books from the restricted section is a very serious offence! Three months Detention!" Said Professor Mallory. "If you wanted intruction in the Dark Arts, you need only have asked. In addition to cleaning the potions lab, I will also be instructing you in the Dark Arts during your detentions. This is all contengient upon your silence. If any one gets even a hint that I am instructing you in the Dark Arts, you find yourself cleaning the potions lab for the rest of your time here at Hogworts. Do I make mayself clear!"
"y-Yes mam!"
