Chapter III - The Second Blitzkrieg
February 24th, 2022 - Russia declares war on Ukraine with justification to "de-nazify" the country. It was late-nighttime when missiles were going ballistic around the country. Ukraine was suddenly awoken and terrified of the explosion then went on to turn on the TV.
News Broadcast is on
Anchor: We have received the news about minutes ago that ballistic missiles have been launched into Ukraine from Russia.

Anchor: Minutes before this, Vladimir Putin, President of Russia has announced a declaration of war on Ukraine with a casus belli to "de-nazify" the nation. As of right now, there will be more serious sanctions from NATO, EU and the United States.
Ukraine is heart broken
Ukraine: I knew it... Ukraine said angrily
Ukraine: Russia is a war criminal that want's to reform the Soviet Empire in order to destroy Europe. I knew they were going to start right here in my homeland nation! And now... I'm forced to leave my precious nation... Ukraine begins to cry

UN: Guys we have a very serious problem!
USA: We know. Russia has finally snapped on us.
NATO: And our sanctions might not be effective because Russia may take down Ukraine before the true economic damage.
EU: But how can we help Ukraine if she isn't part of NATO?
NATO: That's the unfortunate problem. Same thing happened back in 1992 when we were sent along with UNPROFOR for "peacekeeping" mission in Bosnia which didn't go well and failed miserably with the genocide in Srebrenica in 1995. Though we've bombed the Bosnian Serb military supplies and bases, the damage was already done.
USA: The benefit is that there are only 190,000 troops that Russia has massed at the border with Ukraine. Because of that, Ukraine might show resistance against Russia.
UN and EU: How?!
USA: Ukraine has a reserve large enough to defend against Russia. It's not too late but Russians have a few tricks up their sleeves though so Ukraine must be careful not to mess up.
NATO: Sir, are you sure about that?
USA: Yes. We should not intervene immediately because that will result in World War III.
EU: But what if Ukraine is in serious trouble? The air superiority of Russia can outnumber their resistance allowing their small troops to gain victory.
NATO: USA is right. We can't just counterattack a superpowered nation but we will never let them take away Ukraine! We can't let them just annex the whole country after what they did in 2014 with Crimea.
UN: But what about peace?
USA: We are unsure if Russia is willing for peace or to fully annex Ukraine.
NATO: After all, history is repeating and a new Cold War is present in this world.
EU: Pray for Ukraine! Don't let Putin any further!
The meeting ends after 1 hour and 50 minutes
6:00 AM UTC, somewhere in West Ukraine
Ukraine was still a couple hundred kilometers away from the Polish border, seeking refugee along with thousands of other Ukrainian citizens from other cities, including Kyiv escaping the war environment caused by Russia. Those who couldn't do it quickly have sought shelter underground due to the ongoing air and missile strikes. She thought of her lover, America who she would consider as her hope to escape the Russian wrath that would soon turn Ukraine into a giant hellhole if it doesn't defend itself successfully.
Ukraine: Oh, America...
Ukraine: Oh, My Морозиво (Morozyvo)... (eng. Ice cream)
Ukraine: I can sense the gates of heaven still faraway but are closer then ever. I'm coming there for you, Морозиво. Ukraine began to smile, realizing that her dream is getting closer and closer.
10:30 AM UTC, Ukraine-Poland border crossing
After hours of long traffic jams kilometers away from the border checkpoint, Ukraine finally managed to enter Poland but now must find a temporary shelter. The good thing is that Ukraine is now less worried but a little sad since she left her homeland due to a ongoing full-scale invasion from Russia.
The nearest town in Poland from her perspective is Przemysl which was a 1 hour journey but with very few traffic. She planned to spend two days there before moving on to her next destination which is Warszawa. Her actual goal is to leave Europe, not just only her homeland but her home continent. If she doesn't want to end up in a Third World War in Europe, she will have to move even further away and she just knew where to go.
February 25th, 2022 - Przemysl
It was Ukraine's unexpected peaceful morning in the town of Przemysl which was very close to the border with her homeland country, Ukraine. As she was going through her daily routine, unexpectedly, someone shows up at the door. As soon as she opened it, she was surprised and filled with tears of joy. It was her "Morozyvo", America. They hugged each other with Ukraine crying from joy since America came to see her.
Ukraine: Oh, My Морозиво, I am so happy to see you again.
America: Aw. I'm happy that you were lucky enough to escape.
Ukraine: Da. It's getting pretty hellish over there.
America: That's why I came to see you.
Ukraine: Really?
America kisses Ukraine on her cheeks
America: Yes, my girl. I can't lose you in the hands of the war criminal leader Vladimir Putin and his evil Russian Communist Empire that is destroying the lives of the Ukrainian citizens.
Ukraine: I wish I would kick his ass. He's a true monster on what he is doing right now.
America: Yeah, what an asshole.
Ukraine: Will there be intervention?
America: I am afraid not. The lousy maniac Russian president has threatened to start a nuclear war If we even dare step on your side.
Ukraine: It can't be!
America: We cannot just simply cause another World War that might result in billions of lives lost. It's too much for us to even think of!
Ukraine: What about lend lease?
America: Of course. NATO and the EU will root for you and help you indirectly with some lend lease. So far, we have cutout a mainstream gas pipeline called Nord Stream 2.0.
Ukraine: But that's going to raise the cost of electricity bills around the world!
America: I know this may be a tough time for all of us but the Russians will dearly pay in the end once we close all economic ties with them.
Ukraine: But what if they don't die out from economy?
America: Just because China will financially aid them doesn't mean that Russia will collapse at all. Gas price increase and a new but unfortunately even more severe global crisis on the scale of Great Depression will happen which will put an indirect end to this madness.
Ukraine: Please, America. You have to help my people repel the Russophiles!
America: Oh, Ukraine. We will do our best. You need to calm down and move on.
Ukraine: You are right... I need to come to my senses... I am no longer in my homeland nation.
America: I'm truly sorry that you had to leave but I am glad that you've made it out alive and fine.
Ukraine: My... Морозиво....

Russia: I swear to god if she left Kyiv, I will slaughter every single Ukrainian even if it's a child! All Ukrainian people must be cleansed off this land for they violate our Mother Russia!
Donetsk PR: Sir, we've received information that Ukraine has left the country.
Luhansk PR: She is currently in Poland. We must use a different approach to avoid a Third World War with NATO.
Russia: Не волнуйтесь! (Don't worry!) I will desperately locate her trace and kill her for being a jerk to me all those eight years of my life. You two keep on fighting and do not let your guards down.
