Chapter 12
Kagome's Confession

"Ano, Sesshomaru-sama" asked Kagome, blushing a deep red "about what happened before InuYasha and I fought...."
"Why did that happen?"

"EH???? Well...yes, I did but I still don't know how or why it happened!"
Sesshomaru's eyes sparkling with laughter.

Kagome sat quietly in Sesshomaru's study waiting for him to show up. It may have been quiet in the study but Kagome's mind was running 100 miles per hour thinking of all that has happened.
{I can't believe that just happened! How in the world am I going to face him now! Oh MY GOD! How am I gonna face anyone! I did that all in front of InuYasha, Sango...and EEEEK! Miroku! Oh! If I run now, I could make it to the well in 2 or 3 days and return to my time! I have to go! I can't stay here! I'm going to die of embarrassment!}

Sesshomaru smirked, but of course no one could see it since he was by himself.
{Are you sure that's all you want? Perhaps I can change your mind, huh?}
Sesshomaru walked into his study and whispered huskily "Maybe if I kissed you here I could change your mind." Sesshomaru stepped closer to Kagome; leaned over and gently licked at the spot he just pointed to and then gave a small nip. Kagome gasped in shock and tried to move away, but was unsuccessful because Sesshomaru put is arms around her waist and pulled her towards him.
"Where are you going, Kagome? Do you not enjoy the sensations that this Sesshomaru is giving you?"
"No! I'm not" Kagome lied
"You lie, I can smell it. You want me I can smell the sweet scent of your arousal."

"Why are you so quiet...Kagome" Sesshomaru whispered softly and seductively, "could it be that you are feeling guilty?"

Sesshomaru leaned toward Kagome's right ear and gently blew air in it and said,
"Even more than my half brother? Even more than him?"
Kagome briefly paused shivering from the feel of Sesshomaru's hot breath in her ear.
"Even more than InuYasha..." She said, with a breathless whisper.
Sesshomaru turned his attention away from Kagome's ear and kissed Kagome's neck. He brought his left hand up to caress her breast. He reveled in the feel of her as she did of him. Her breasts were soft yet firm. The Tai Youkai gently squeezed causing Kagome to gasp again, taking advantage of it, Sesshomaru moved up to her lips and kissed her, tongues fighting for dominance, Sesshomaru winning in the end. Kagome unconsciously thrust her hip towards his, feeling the proof of Sesshomaru's arousal on her stomach. Sesshomaru growled in pleasure and quickly picked Kagome up and gently slammed her against one of his book cases, causing books to move but not fall. Kagome wrapped her legs around Sesshomaru's waist and rubbing her heated core against his cock. Once again Sesshomaru growled causing Kagome to feel more heated than before.

Sesshomaru felt his testicles tighten, knowing that it was almost his time, but held it back as best he could, waiting for Kagome to climax so that they could come at the same time.
Kagome screamed Sesshomaru's name and felt and explosion, mind going blank. Hearing Kagome call out his name, Sesshomaru couldn't hold back any more and came all over himself inside his hakima, growling loudly.
Both panting trying to catch their breath, Kagome unwrapped her legs from Sesshomaru's waist and laid there waiting for the feeling to return to her legs. When the numbness finally went away Sesshomaru gracefully stood up and put his hand out for Kagome. Kagome was grateful and grasped it, Sesshomaru then pulled her up.
"I must return to my quarters to bathe and to change, I shall return, we still have things to discuss." Said the Great Lord "I suggest that you return to your quarters and do the same."
"Uh... good idea, when should I return?"
"Return in one hour." Replied the stoic Lord.
"Hai. One hour." Kagome walked towards the door when she felt Sesshomaru's hand on her shoulder. Kagome turned around and was immediately met with Sesshomaru's kiss. First on her forehead, down to her cheek and finally on her lips. Kagome hungrily returned his kiss, placing her hands on Sesshomaru's back. This went on for what seemed like an eternity until Kagome had to pull away, gasping for air.
"I will see you in an hour...Ka-go-me" whispered Sesshomaru, softness reflecting in his eyes.
"Yes...one hour."
Kagome left the Lords study returning to her quarters, smiling and day dreaming about the Great Inu Youkai of the Western Lands. Kagome slid her door open dazed and smiling, forgetting that InuYasha was in her room.
"Kagome." Said InuYasha
"HUH? Oh! InuYasha! I forgot you were in here. Sorry."
"YOU SHOULD BE SORRY! YOU THREW MY BACK OUT WHEN YOU USED YOUR MIKO POWERS TO THROW ME AGAINST THE WALL! WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT ALL ABOUT, WENCH!?" InuYasha yelled
{Eh? Oh yeah! Me and InuYasha were fighting before, before the thing between Sesshomaru and me.}
"That isn't what I was apologizing for, so get over yourself. I'm not going to say sorry to you if I didn't do anything wrong." Replied Kagome now starting to get a little annoyed.
"WHAT? WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG! YOUR USED YOUR MIKO POWERS TO THROW ME AGAINST THE WALL KNOCKING ME OUT! YOU WENCH! YOU SHOULD APOLOGIZE."
Kagome now started to get mad and said, "Oh, you mean how Kikyo apologized to you for pinning you to a tree for 50 years? Or how she said she was sorry when she tried to kill you after that old witch brought her back? How about when she apologized for trying to kill ME, and gave our chunk of the Shikon shard to our enemy, Naraku?" long pause "OH, wait a minute....she never apologized did she? Not once! And yet you still fucked her and took her as your mate. If anything you should be apologizing to me for the way you have treated me since we first met, the way you left me every time she came along..."
"Those were different circumstances and you know it" whispered InuYasha ears flat on his head.
"NO THEY WEREN'T! THEY AREN'T!" yelled a now frustrated Miko
"It was Naraku that tricked us into hurting each other!" said InuYasha
"YEAH, LIKE 50 YEARS AGO WHEN SHE PINNED YOU TO A FUCKING TREE! HOW ABOUT NOW IN THESES DAYS HUH? DO YOU HONESTLY THINK THAT NARAKU TRICKED KIKYO INTO KILLING YOU AGAIN? THERE IS NO MORE TRICKERY INUYASHA, JUST HATE, AND YET YOU STILL CHOSE HER, SHE ISN'T EVEN REAL ANYMORE INUYASHA DON'T YOU SEE? SHE'S AN EMPTY SHELL! SHE IS PART OF ME, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND! HER SOUL REINCARNATED INTO MY BODY! SHE SHOULDN'T EVEN BE HERE! GOSH! ARE YOU THAT DENSE!" yelled Kagome.
"Kagome...I'm...I'm..sor..." stuttered the Inu hanyou
"NO! Don't say it! It doesn't even matter anymore, I shouldn't have even brought it up. I have to get ready, I have a meeting with Sesshomaru in less than an hour. So do me a favor and get out of my room, I need privacy."
Then InuYasha noticed a scent in the air. He walked over to Kagome while her back was turned and sniffed her.
"InuYasha what are you...."
"WHAT THE HELL! WHY DO YOU HAVE MY BROTHER'S SCENT ALL OVER YOU! NOT JUST HIS SCENT BUT THE SMELL OF HIS AROUSAL AND YOURS! WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?!" screamed InuYasha
"It's none of your business InuYasha."
"THE HELL IT ISN'T! WHAT DID MY BROTHER DO TO YOU! DID HE FORCE HIMSELF ON YOU? I'LL KILL HIM FOR THAT!" and with that said InuYasha began to run towards Kagome's door when all of a sudden...
"SIT BOY! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT" yelled Kagome.
"What the hell did you do that for, woman?!" said InuYasha, or at least that's what it sounded like but it was hard to tell since his face was still in the ground, so it was muffled.
"Well! I wasn't gonna let you go and cause a ruckus! Not before you hear what happened first. So shut up and listen carefully, because I'm only going to tell you once."
{Oh wow! That was easier than I thought. I think it may havesounded a little too much like Sesshomaru, but whatever}
"Sesshy-sama did not force himself on me, and not that it's any of your business, but we didn't have sex either. I'm starting to have feelings for Sesshomaru, InuYasha, more that I thought possible. I mean for the longest time I thought that I loved you, and I do, but I'm not in love with you, I guess I never was. Now, before you ask, no, I'm not in love with your brother, not yet. But I know that I can fall in love with him in the future. You're brother was there for me InuYasha, in more ways than you know. He saved me from myself, something that you could never do. I'm not trying to make you feel bad, because I care for you a lot, I really do, but believe it or not, even though I can't stand Kikyo, I am happy for you two, at least I am now. I just needed to grow up I guess, not saying that I'm all mature and stuff, but I am learning and honestly, even if I've only been here for a little over a week, Sesshomaru and Mi San has taught me a lot about my self and I hope to learn more from them. I care for Sesshomaru a lot and even if he doesn't show it to anyone else, I know that he cares for me. I think that he has always found me interesting, at least, since we first met and to be honest with you I've always found him to be...handsome and mysterious. So I hope you understand InuYasha, I want us to still be the best of friends like we've always been, but I only can meet you half way, you have to meet me halfway as well. Anyway, I have to go take a bath. I still have to meet with Sesshomaru. I will see you later InuYasha." And with that said Kagome went into the bathing room.
InuYasha finally came out of the subduing spell and was left staring at the bathroom door that Kagome went through. For once, he was left speechless, not knowing how to react or what to say, so he just sat there silently wondering where in the hell all this came from.
{She loves me but she's not in love with me? What the hell is that supposed to mean?}

{Um...that's my cue to close off my thoughts...} said Mi San
{I have done nothing as she has told you. You will do well to mind your own business for now on. Once you are fully recovered I expect you to leave my castle, never to return under any circumstances. Is that understood?}
{I'm not leaving here without Kagome! You hear me!}
{If Kagome chooses to leave with you, then I will not stop her, but it is best if you ask what it is that she would like.}
{Like she would want to stay here with you!}
Sesshomaru laughed inwardly so that only InuYasha could hear him
{InuYasha, your thoughts are like an open book, I am well aware of what was discussed between you and Kagome, it seems that she prefers me over you, does she not?}
{It is what I thought, farewell InuYasha}
Sesshomaru closed off his mind and left InuYasha with his own musings.
{God damn it! He's right! Kagome has made it clear that she has feeling for my older brother, but we still have shards to find and Naraku to defeat. I have to talk with her like my stupid brother said and see what she wants to do. But first I need to talk with Sango and Miroku and see what they say.}
InuYasha left Kagome's room and began to look for the houshi and the demon slayer.
[In the bathroom with Kagome...]
Kagome couldn't get what happened between her and Sesshomaru out of her mind. She was still horny and wanted to do it again, but this time with no clothes on.
{OH Kami! I'm turning into a harlot! What has he done to me! I want him so bad!}

Kagome got out of the tub and wrapped herself up in a large cloth and walked to the bathroom door. She slid the door open a crack and made sure that InuYasha was not in her room. When she was satisfied that he was not there, she walked over to her wardrobe and went through the Kimono's that Sesshy-sama provided for her. She found a blue one with pink sakura blossoms engraved on both sleeves and on the bottom of the kimono. She walked over to a drawer and found pink obi that matched the Sakura blossoms perfectly. Kagome realized that there was no way she was going to be able to get into this herself deciding the best thing to do was to ask Mi San for help. First she opened her mind letting feelers out, searching for Mi San. She couldn't find her so instead she walked to her night stand, grabbed the amethyst and summoned Mi San.
"Hi Kagome. Did you need something?" questioned Mi San
"Yes! Can you please help me with this? I have never worn something this elegant and I don't want to ruin the fabric."
"Of course"
Mi San helped Kagome put the Kimono on and then finally tying the obi in a neat bow.
"Let's do your hair."
"Oh! Do I have enough time? I would have been ready sooner but I was distracted."
"Not to worry, believe it or not, Sesshy can be pretty patient." Replied Mi San
The witch grabbed a hair comb that was adorned with sapphires and pink diamonds incrusted in silver. She put Kagome's hair in a simple bun and used the hair piece to hold it in place.
"There we go, all set. Is there anything else you need?" asked the witch.
"No. I think that will do, thanks for you help."
"Any time, it is my job after all." Replied Mi San and then swept out of the room.
{Sesshy?}
{What is it Mi San?}
{Lady Kagome is on her way to your study, and looking quite beautiful I might add.}

Sesshomaru rolled his eyes mentally and Mi San snickered.

Sesshomaru raised a delicate brow and then replied
{I don't know. Why don't you ask him. Now leave me be.}

Sesshomaru closed off his mind and anticipated Kagome's arrival. Before Kagome even had the chance to knock, Sesshomaru said,
"Enter"
Kagome slid the door open and walked into the Lords study.
Sesshomaru almost gasped when he saw how beautiful Kagome looked in the Kimono, trying hard to swallow and to keep all emotions at bay the Ice Prince said,
"Kagome, please be seated."
The Miko sat down noticing the look in Sesshomaru's eyes.
{Walls up? Yes. I can see that look he's got in his eyes. He looks like he's about to jump my bones, I hope he does!}
"Ano..Sessh...Sesshomaru-sama what is that you wanted to discuss with me?"
Sesshomaru cleared his throat and began,
"It is regarding your Miko powers." {Oh, I guess he really does want to talk about something serious} thought Kagome.
Sesshomaru waited for Kagome to interrupt, but when she didn't he continued, "I have noticed that your Miko powers are very strong but you lack the ability and discipline to control them properly." Pausing once again expecting and interruption and was not disappointed when Kagome opened her mouth to speak.
"What? I was able to put up a barrier and hold it, even with you attacking it. I can put my Miko powers into an arrow and kill or at least damage youkai with it..."
"This is true, but still you do not know your own potential....do not interrupt and I shall explain everything to you."
Kagome opened her mouth to speak again but Sesshomaru glared at her causing her to snap it shut.
"Miko powers are more than just barriers and killing youkai. If trained properly, Miko's can heal by merely touching the wounded. A Miko can defend herself as well as others by a mere thought. Although you have the ability to purify demon auras I have noticed that you're powers are most effective when you are angry or if your life is in danger. You need to train your Miko powers to work when you summon them, not when you are angry or scared."
"I guess your right. But how can I learn if there is no one to train me?" asked Kagome
"I have found someone who can help you, although she is not a Miko her powers are very similar to yours." Replied Sesshomaru
Kagome gave a big cheesy smile and asked,
"Really, who? Do I know this person or demon?"
Sesshomaru silently huffed annoyed that he was interrupted once again {she is lucky that I care for her or I would have ripped out her throat by now.}
"It will be Mi San who will train you. You will begin your lessons tomorrow morning. After your lessons you will come straight to the dojo and I will train you in combat. Once you are through you will go to Rin and teach her about healing herbs. Do you have any questions? Concerns?"
"Nope. Sounds fine to me, I am looking forward to it. Thank you Sesshomaru-sama."
Kagome bowed low and stood up getting ready to leave Sesshomaru's study.
"Kagome."
"Yes, Sesshomaru-sama."
"First of all, after what has happened today, there is no need to use the honorifics after my name."
Shocked Kagome stared in amazement and then replied,
"Ok...Ses...Sesshomaru"
"Second of all you look beautiful today."
Kagome blushed looking down at her feet (or where her feet should be if they weren't covered by the Kimono) and said,
"Thank you, Sesshomaru."
She turned to leave, but was stopped because Sesshomaru quickly wrapped his arms around her waist. Kagome turned around, face in Sesshomaru's chest. She looked up at the now not so Stoic Lord and started to stand on her tip toes. Sesshomaru leaned down arms still around her waist and placed a soft and gentle kiss on Kagome's lips. Kagome's heart fluttered as she closed her eyes enjoying the feel of Sesshomaru's lips upon hers. Sesshomaru finally broke free and whispered
"You and your friends will dine with Rin & I tonight. Do not be late."
Kagome smiled and said,
"Okay, tonight then...oh wait...what about InuYasha?"
Sesshomaru paused for what seemed like forever then replied,
"Is he not one of your friends?"
"Well, yes and no, I'm still mad at him for being a jerk. But I should stop being selfish. Ok. We will see you at dinner."
"Very well, for now, do what you wish."
Kagome left Sesshomaru's study with a big smile on her face. And headed towards her room.
"First I need to change and then I will find the gang."

*A/N: I received some e-mails asking some questions. I seems some of you got confused on how Kagome knew about Inu demons having telepathy. I should have made it clearer. Kagome didn't know that they had Telepathy, but she and Miroku discussed mind reading one day and Kagome told him the proper word for it ok? I suppose I should have done a flash back, but it's too late. Also some of you were asking about Kagome feeding InuYasha after she tried to kill herself because of him, well in the anime that I have seen, no matter what InuYasha did Kagome was always concerned for his well being and not so much for hers. Like in the 2nd movie (castle beyond the looking glass) Kagome threw herself in front of an arrow to save InuYasha, she didn't care about herself, just about him... you see where I'm going with this? Kagome's Confession

Kagome sat quietly in Sesshomaru's study waiting for him to show up. It may have been quiet in the study but Kagome's mind was running 100 miles per hour thinking of all that has happened.

Sesshomaru smirked, but of course no one could see it since he was by himself.

Sesshomaru walked into his study and whispered huskily "Maybe if I kissed you here I could change your mind." Sesshomaru stepped closer to Kagome; leaned over and gently licked at the spot he just pointed to and then gave a small nip. Kagome gasped in shock and tried to move away, but was unsuccessful because Sesshomaru put is arms around her waist and pulled her towards him.
"Where are you going, Kagome? Do you not enjoy the sensations that this Sesshomaru is giving you?"
"No! I'm not" Kagome lied
"You lie, I can smell it. You want me I can smell the sweet scent of your arousal."

Sesshomaru leaned toward Kagome's right ear and gently blew air in it and said,
"Even more than my half brother? Even more than him?"
Kagome briefly paused shivering from the feel of Sesshomaru's hot breath in her ear.
"Even more than InuYasha..." She said, with a breathless whisper.
Sesshomaru turned his attention away from Kagome's ear and kissed Kagome's neck. He brought his left hand up to caress her breast. He reveled in the feel of her as she did of him. Her breasts were soft yet firm. The Tai Youkai gently squeezed causing Kagome to gasp again, taking advantage of it, Sesshomaru moved up to her lips and kissed her, tongues fighting for dominance, Sesshomaru winning in the end. Kagome unconsciously thrust her hip towards his, feeling the proof of Sesshomaru's arousal on her stomach. Sesshomaru growled in pleasure and quickly picked Kagome up and gently slammed her against one of his book cases, causing books to move but not fall. Kagome wrapped her legs around Sesshomaru's waist and rubbing her heated core against his cock. Once again Sesshomaru growled causing Kagome to feel more heated than before.

Sesshomaru felt his testicles tighten, knowing that it was almost his time, but held it back as best he could, waiting for Kagome to climax so that they could come at the same time.
Kagome screamed Sesshomaru's name and felt and explosion, mind going blank. Hearing Kagome call out his name, Sesshomaru couldn't hold back any more and came all over himself inside his hakima, growling loudly.
Both panting trying to catch their breath, Kagome unwrapped her legs from Sesshomaru's waist and laid there waiting for the feeling to return to her legs. "I must return to my quarters to bathe and to change, I shall return, we still have things to discuss." Said the Great Lord "I suggest that you return to your quarters and do the same."
"Uh... good idea, when should I return?"
"Return in one hour." Replied the stoic Lord.
"Hai. One hour." Kagome walked towards the door when she felt Sesshomaru's hand on her shoulder. Kagome turned around and was immediately met with Sesshomaru's kiss. First on her forehead, down to her cheek and finally on her lips. Kagome hungrily returned his kiss, placing her hands on Sesshomaru's back. This went on for what seemed like an eternity until Kagome had to pull away, gasping for air.
"I will see you in an hour...Ka-go-me" whispered Sesshomaru, softness reflecting in his eyes.
"Yes...one hour."
Kagome left the Lords study returning to her quarters, smiling and day dreaming about the Great Inu Youkai of the Western Lands. Kagome slid her door open dazed and smiling, forgetting that InuYasha was in her room.
"Kagome." Said InuYasha
"HUH? Oh! InuYasha! I forgot you were in here. Sorry."
"YOU SHOULD BE SORRY! YOU THREW MY BACK OUT WHEN YOU USED YOUR MIKO POWERS TO THROW ME AGAINST THE WALL! WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT ALL ABOUT, WENCH!?" InuYasha yelled
{Eh? Oh yeah! Me and InuYasha were fighting before, before the thing between Sesshomaru and me.}
"That isn't what I was apologizing for, so get over yourself. I'm not going to say sorry to you if I didn't do anything wrong." Replied Kagome now starting to get a little annoyed.
"WHAT? WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG! YOUR USED YOUR MIKO POWERS TO THROW ME AGAINST THE WALL KNOCKING ME OUT! YOU WENCH! YOU SHOULD APOLOGIZE."
Kagome now started to get mad and said, "Oh, you mean how Kikyo apologized to you for pinning you to a tree for 50 years? Or how she said she was sorry when she tried to kill you after that old witch brought her back? How about when she apologized for trying to kill ME, and gave our chunk of the Shikon shard to our enemy, Naraku?" long pause "OH, wait a minute....she never apologized did she? Not once! And yet you still fucked her and took her as your mate. If anything you should be apologizing to me for the way you have treated me since we first met, the way you left me every time she came along..."
"Those were different circumstances and you know it" whispered InuYasha ears flat on his head.
"NO THEY WEREN'T! THEY AREN'T!" yelled a now frustrated Miko
"It was Naraku that tricked us into hurting each other!" said InuYasha
"YEAH, LIKE 50 YEARS AGO WHEN SHE PINNED YOU TO A FUCKING TREE! HOW ABOUT NOW IN THESES DAYS HUH? DO YOU HONESTLY THINK THAT NARAKU TRICKED KIKYO INTO KILLING YOU AGAIN? THERE IS NO MORE TRICKERY INUYASHA, JUST HATE, AND YET YOU STILL CHOSE HER, SHE ISN'T EVEN REAL ANYMORE INUYASHA DON'T YOU SEE? SHE'S AN EMPTY SHELL! SHE IS PART OF ME, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND! HER SOUL REINCARNATED INTO MY BODY! SHE SHOULDN'T EVEN BE HERE! GOSH! ARE YOU THAT DENSE!" yelled Kagome.
"Kagome...I'm...I'm..sor..." stuttered the Inu hanyou
"NO! Don't say it! It doesn't even matter anymore, I shouldn't have even brought it up. I have to get ready, I have a meeting with Sesshomaru in less than an hour. So do me a favor and get out of my room, I need privacy."
Then InuYasha noticed a scent in the air. He walked over to Kagome while her back was turned and sniffed her.
"InuYasha what are you...."
"WHAT THE HELL! WHY DO YOU HAVE MY BROTHER'S SCENT ALL OVER YOU! NOT JUST HIS SCENT BUT THE SMELL OF HIS AROUSAL AND YOURS! WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?!" screamed InuYasha
"It's none of your business InuYasha."
"THE HELL IT ISN'T! WHAT DID MY BROTHER DO TO YOU! DID HE FORCE HIMSELF ON YOU? I'LL KILL HIM FOR THAT!" and with that said InuYasha began to run towards Kagome's door when all of a sudden...
"SIT BOY! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT" yelled Kagome.
"What the hell did you do that for, woman?!" said InuYasha, or at least that's what it sounded like but it was hard to tell since his face was still in the ground, so it was muffled.
"Well! I wasn't gonna let you go and cause a ruckus! Not before you hear what happened first. So shut up and listen carefully, because I'm only going to tell you once."
{Oh wow! That was easier than I thought. I think it may havesounded a little too much like Sesshomaru, but whatever}
"Sesshy-sama did not force himself on me, and not that it's any of your business, but we didn't have sex either. I'm starting to have feelings for Sesshomaru, InuYasha, more that I thought possible. I mean for the longest time I thought that I loved you, and I do, but I'm not in love with you, I guess I never was. Now, before you ask, no, I'm not in love with your brother, not yet. But I know that I can fall in love with him in the future. You're brother was there for me InuYasha, in more ways than you know. He saved me from myself, something that you could never do. I'm not trying to make you feel bad, because I care for you a lot, I really do, but believe it or not, even though I can't stand Kikyo, I am happy for you two, at least I am now. I just needed to grow up I guess, not saying that I'm all mature and stuff, but I am learning and honestly, even if I've only been here for a little over a week, Sesshomaru and Mi San has taught me a lot about my self and I hope to learn more from them. I care for Sesshomaru a lot and even if he doesn't show it to anyone else, I know that he cares for me. I think that he has always found me interesting, at least, since we first met and to be honest with you I've always found him to be...handsome and mysterious. So I hope you understand InuYasha, I want us to still be the best of friends like we've always been, but I only can meet you half way, you have to meet me halfway as well. Anyway, I have to go take a bath. I still have to meet with Sesshomaru. I will see you later InuYasha." And with that said Kagome went into the bathing room.
InuYasha finally came out of the subduing spell and was left staring at the bathroom door that Kagome went through. For once, he was left speechless, not knowing how to react or what to say, so he just sat there silently wondering where in the hell all this came from.
{She loves me but she's not in love with me? What the hell is that supposed to mean?}

{I have done nothing as she has told you. You will do well to mind your own business for now on. Once you are fully recovered I expect you to leave my castle, never to return under any circumstances. Is that understood?}
{I'm not leaving here without Kagome! You hear me!}
{If Kagome chooses to leave with you, then I will not stop her, but it is best if you ask what it is that she would like.}

Sesshomaru laughed inwardly so that only InuYasha could hear him
{InuYasha, your thoughts are like an open book, I am well aware of what was discussed between you and Kagome, it seems that she prefers me over you, does she not?}
{It is what I thought, farewell InuYasha}
Sesshomaru closed off his mind and left InuYasha with his own musings.
{God damn it! He's right! Kagome has made it clear that she has feeling for my older brother, but we still have shards to find and Naraku to defeat. I have to talk with her like my stupid brother said and see what she wants to do. But first I need to talk with Sango and Miroku and see what they say.}
InuYasha left Kagome's room and began to look for the houshi and the demon slayer.
[In the bathroom with Kagome...]
Kagome couldn't get what happened between her and Sesshomaru out of her mind. She was still horny and wanted to do it again, but this time with no clothes on.
{OH Kami! I'm turning into a harlot! What has he done to me! I want him so bad!}

Kagome got out of the tub and wrapped herself up in a large cloth and walked to the bathroom door. She slid the door open a crack and made sure that InuYasha was not in her room. When she was satisfied that he was not there, she walked over to her wardrobe and went through the Kimono's that Sesshy-sama provided for her. She found a blue one with pink sakura blossoms engraved on both sleeves and on the bottom of the kimono. She walked over to a drawer and found pink obi that matched the Sakura blossoms perfectly. Kagome realized that there was no way she was going to be able to get into this herself deciding the best thing to do was to ask Mi San for help. First she opened her mind letting feelers out, searching for Mi San. She couldn't find her so instead she walked to her night stand, grabbed the amethyst and summoned Mi San.
"Hi Kagome. Did you need something?" questioned Mi San
"Yes! Can you please help me with this? I have never worn something this elegant and I don't want to ruin the fabric."
"Of course"
Mi San helped Kagome put the Kimono on and then finally tying the obi in a neat bow.
"Let's do your hair."
"Oh! Do I have enough time? I would have been ready sooner but I was distracted."
"Not to worry, believe it or not, Sesshy can be pretty patient." Replied Mi San
The witch grabbed a hair comb that was adorned with sapphires and pink diamonds incrusted in silver. She put Kagome's hair in a simple bun and used the hair piece to hold it in place.
"There we go, all set. Is there anything else you need?" asked the witch.
"No. I think that will do, thanks for you help."
"Any time, it is my job after all." Replied Mi San and then swept out of the room.
{Sesshy?}
{What is it Mi San?}
{Lady Kagome is on her way to your study, and looking quite beautiful I might add.}

Sesshomaru rolled his eyes mentally and Mi San snickered.

Sesshomaru raised a delicate brow and then replied
{I don't know. Why don't you ask him. Now leave me be.}

Sesshomaru closed off his mind and anticipated Kagome's arrival. Before Kagome even had the chance to knock, Sesshomaru said,
"Enter"
Kagome slid the door open and walked into the Lords study.
Sesshomaru almost gasped when he saw how beautiful Kagome looked in the Kimono, trying hard to swallow and to keep all emotions at bay the Ice Prince said,
"Kagome, please be seated."
The Miko sat down noticing the look in Sesshomaru's eyes.
{Walls up? Yes. I can see that look he's got in his eyes. He looks like he's about to jump my bones, I hope he does!}
"Ano..Sessh...Sesshomaru-sama what is that you wanted to discuss with me?"
Sesshomaru cleared his throat and began,
"It is regarding your Miko powers." {Oh, I guess he really does want to talk about something serious} thought Kagome.
Sesshomaru waited for Kagome to interrupt, but when she didn't he continued, "I have noticed that your Miko powers are very strong but you lack the ability and discipline to control them properly." Pausing once again expecting and interruption and was not disappointed when Kagome opened her mouth to speak.
"What? I was able to put up a barrier and hold it, even with you attacking it. I can put my Miko powers into an arrow and kill or at least damage youkai with it..."
"This is true, but still you do not know your own potential....do not interrupt and I shall explain everything to you."
Kagome opened her mouth to speak again but Sesshomaru glared at her causing her to snap it shut.
"Miko powers are more than just barriers and killing youkai. If trained properly, Miko's can heal by merely touching the wounded. A Miko can defend herself as well as others by a mere thought. Although you have the ability to purify demon auras I have noticed that you're powers are most effective when you are angry or if your life is in danger. You need to train your Miko powers to work when you summon them, not when you are angry or scared."
"I guess your right. But how can I learn if there is no one to train me?" asked Kagome
"I have found someone who can help you, although she is not a Miko her powers are very similar to yours." Replied Sesshomaru
Kagome gave a big cheesy smile and asked,
"Really, who? Do I know this person or demon?"
Sesshomaru silently huffed annoyed that he was interrupted once again {she is lucky that I care for her or I would have ripped out her throat by now.}
"It will be Mi San who will train you. You will begin your lessons tomorrow morning. After your lessons you will come straight to the dojo and I will train you in combat. Once you are through you will go to Rin and teach her about healing herbs. Do you have any questions? Concerns?"
"Nope. Sounds fine to me, I am looking forward to it. Thank you Sesshomaru-sama."
Kagome bowed low and stood up getting ready to leave Sesshomaru's study.
"Kagome."
"Yes, Sesshomaru-sama."
"First of all, after what has happened today, there is no need to use the honorifics after my name."
Shocked Kagome stared in amazement and then replied,
"Ok...Ses...Sesshomaru"
"Second of all you look beautiful today."
Kagome blushed looking down at her feet (or where her feet should be if they weren't covered by the Kimono) and said,
"Thank you, Sesshomaru."
She turned to leave, but was stopped because Sesshomaru quickly wrapped his arms around her waist. Kagome turned around, face in Sesshomaru's chest. She looked up at the now not so Stoic Lord and started to stand on her tip toes. Sesshomaru leaned down arms still around her waist and placed a soft and gentle kiss on Kagome's lips. Kagome's heart fluttered as she closed her eyes enjoying the feel of Sesshomaru's lips upon hers. Sesshomaru finally broke free and whispered
"You and your friends will dine with Rin & I tonight. Do not be late."
Kagome smiled and said,
"Okay, tonight then...oh wait...what about InuYasha?"
Sesshomaru paused for what seemed like forever then replied,
"Is he not one of your friends?"
"Well, yes and no, I'm still mad at him for being a jerk. But I should stop being selfish. Ok. We will see you at dinner."
"Very well, for now, do what you wish."
Kagome left Sesshomaru's study with a big smile on her face. And headed towards her room.
"First I need to change and then I will find the gang."

*A/N: I received some e-mails asking some questions. I seems some of you got confused on how Kagome knew about Inu demons having telepathy. I should have made it clearer. Kagome didn't know that they had Telepathy, but she and Miroku discussed mind reading one day and Kagome told him the proper word for it ok? I suppose I should have done a flash back, but it's too late. Also some of you were asking about Kagome feeding InuYasha after she tried to kill herself because of him, well in the anime that I have seen, no matter what InuYasha did Kagome was always concerned for his well being and not so much for hers. Like in the 2nd movie (castle beyond the looking glass) Kagome threw herself in front of an arrow to save InuYasha, she didn't care about herself, just about him... you see where I'm going with this?
