Prologue (Ashley's Pov)

You watch love movies and read romance novels and nine time out of ten there's a happy ending and they always find love. But what people don't realize is that this is the real world. In the real world love is not true, people are getting divorces and committing adultery behind every door. Hearts are broken everyday. Sometimes I wonder if love really does exist. I'm the biggest producer in New York City right now or so I've been told. My heart has been broken so much that I don't open up to anyone except my best friends. Every night I come home to an empty house. Don't get me wrong it's a very nice house and it's huge, but what's the point in having it if you don't have no one to share it with. Let's please get off the lonely subject it's depressing. I have a sister who is in to rap and r&b but don't like it. But I sometimes listen to it so it can give us something to talk about and listen to. She can tell me anything and vice-versa. She really likes to visit me so I see her a lot. My family lives way down in Mississippi, but anytime she wants to come I send her a plane ticket, and as long as I pay for it my parents are fine with it. I have a room with her own set of clothes and everything she needs which means she don't have to bring anything with her when she comes. I have two best friends. First, off is my friend Miranda the last time I seen her was when her, her boyfriend, and his brother came to visit. Her boyfriend is named Gerard Way yes you know who I'm talking about main singer of the best band of all time My Chemical Romance, Which makes his brother Mikey Way.
Gerard, Miranda, and Mikey are really close I could actually call them my best friends in a way.
And the other best friend of mine is Aneesah her nickname is nessah but I like calling her by her name. Me and Aneesah have been best friends since the first grade. I think Mikey and Aneesah should meet each other because they would be the cutest couple EVER! I got her a job at my office. Being the good friend I am I allowed her to come in my studio to record her demo with her band which is called On Night Stand I helped with the name I know it kicks ass right! Anyways that's that now on with my life shall we!
