Gerards been sent to prison... Thats all im going to say. Hope you read but its upseting so dont read if you dont like sad storys.

Introduction
"Guilty" the word seamed to be playing on repeat in his ears. Still in shock he was stripped down and then given a stiff, itchy jumpsuit and was told to put it on. Then before he knew it he was being forced to his new 'home.'

Gerard way was a loner all through school. He wasn't actually bullied or anything, just ignored. The other kids were creped out by him as they say 'it's always the quiet ones' but in all honesty Gerard wouldn't dare hurt a fly. The only person Gerard had as a friend was his little brother Mikey.
Gerard's family was poor and most people looked down their nose at them but they had each other they weren't blinded my money and status.
One day at school Gerard was walking to the cafeteria when he heard someone calling for help and hew knew straight away it was Mikey. He hurried in the direction of the voice and then stood in shock and blinding anger at what was happening before him. There were lots off people around laughing so hard that some were even in tears. Adam Johnson your typical jackass with the rich daddy had removed all of Mikey's clothing from waist down and pinning his hands down to prevent himself from covering himself up. Mikey's face was red with shame and he was trying his strongest to stop what was happening. Then his eyes fell on Gerard. He stopped moving and froze; he hated the fact that Gerard had seen him like this. Gerard walked over to Mikey quickly pulling off his jacket covering his little brother. He pulled Mikey up and walked him out of the school leave some people stared in shock and other still sniggering. Finally after the 10 minute walk home Gerard tried to comfort his little brother but Mikey wouldn't even look at him and walked up to his room locking his door shut.
That night Mikey took his life.
Seeking revenge Gerard found Adam. He planed to push him around and feel at least a fraction of the shame that Mikey had felt. When faced with the opportunity something happened and Gerard wasn't Gerard anymore, he picked up the nearest rock and hit Adam over the head, not just once but many times. Even after the life had left Adam he kept on hitting; only stopping when his energy had gone. When Gerard came back to reality he realized what he had done, he hadn't wanted to do this but something else had taken over him.
Even though Gerard was only 16 he was put up for murder and tried as an adult. His sentence was 15 years. If you're wondering 'how was this possible?' then the answer is Adams farther. He had people in high places and money to bribe the right people with. They Way's were poor and almost positive that the layer being provided for Gerard (since they couldn't afford their own) was working against them. Mr & Mrs. Way knew that their was no point fighting and had already given up with trying to fight the case, they were still trying to deal with Mikey's death.
Gerard had no hope, no family, no nothing.

Now Gerard was entering prison, not juvenile where he should be but real prison with the other murders, rapist and even worst the child molesters!
Gerard was only a child himself! He was still going through fucking puberty!
He was petrified with the thought of what would happen, but kept on reminding himself he deserved whatever happened to him. He had killed someone and also even though he hadn't actually killed Mikey he knew that he could of done something to stop Mikey. The guilt was eating him alive.
