If one thinks of romantic love not as simply erotic freedom and expression, but as a breaking of that expression from a prescribed custom, romantic love is modern. There may have been a tension in primitive societies between marriage and the erotic, but this was mostly expressed in taboos regarding the menstrual cycle and birth. Before the 18th century, as now, there were many marriages that were not arranged, and arose out of more or less spontaneous relationships. But also after the 18th century, illicit relationships took on a more independent role. In bourgeois marriage, illicitness may have become more formidable and likely to cause tension. In Ladies of the Leisure Class, Bonnie G. Smith depicts courtship and marriage rituals that may be viewed as oppressive to both men and women. She writes "When the young women of the Nord married, they did so without illusions of love and romance. They acted within a framework of concern for the reproduction of bloodlines according to financial, professional, and sometimes political interests." Subsequent sexual revolution has lessened the conflicts arising out of liberalism, but not eliminated them.

Shortly after the discovery fiasco, Jakob and Riza finally had time to themselves alone again. They were both sitting on their bed in their bedroom cuddling. "So," Jakob spoke up at last. "My mother knows and your ex knows!" "Yes," Hawkeye said softly. She lightly nuzzled him on the neck. "How did Roy take it?" her boyfriend asked. "Not so great," Riza replied. "Roy's not the type to back down from competition. I think he's going to pull something later." "I see," the mouse replied. She leaned in close and lightly kissed Jakob on the lips. The boy lightly kissed back. "And what about your mother?" his girlfriend asked. Jakob sighed hard. "She seems to take it well. She was crying, but she still took it. But, I think my mother's going to be on a save-her-baby-from the-evil-woman kick now!" Riza lightly giggled. The mouse eyed her. "What?" he asked in a joking way. "She sounds just like Roy!" she replied. "Yep!" Jak said softly. They kissed again softly.

It all went quiet again as they thought about what was just said. "So," Jakob began again. "What do we do?" Riza cuddled closer to the mouse. "What can we do?" she asked. They both went quiet again. Her boyfriend thought about that for a moment. "We could stop seeing each other..." he said in a joking way. "I don't want to do that!" Riza exclaimed playfully. "I want to stay by your side forever!" The mouse smiled at her in response. "Well then," Jakob went on. "Are you prepared to fight out Roy and my mom at all costs?" The lt. lightly laid her head on her boyfriend's bare chest. "Anything to stay by you!" the woman replied. Jakob smiled at her lovingly. "Okay then!" he called. "May the battles begin!" The mouse began softly running his fingers through silky long blonde hair. Riza smiled softly to herself.

"But still..." Hawkeye spoke up again. Jakob looked down at her lightly. "Hm?" he asked. His girlfriend looked up at him sweetly. "I just wish," she spoke again. "There was some way to make this mess end on nicer note!" Jakob smiled at her like a naughty schoolboy! "I believe that can be arranged!" he called out in a lusty tone. The woman quickly became excited. "Really now?" she asked. "Let me show you!" her boyfriend whispered to her. Hawkeye looked at him like a happy dog. That was exactly what she wanted to hear from him for the evening. Then, he leaned down to her and lightly kissed her on the lips again. Happy excitement flew up into the lt.'s soul like a lit wild fire. She kissed back in the same manner. They didn't stop kissing this time. Riza put her arms around her man in a loving embrace. Jakob slipped his hands down in her robe. His fingers lightly caressed his love's thick breasts. Her warm soft skin made his meat pen clicked on hard. Riza slowly began rubbing at his shoulders. Jakob slowly slipped his tongue into her cotton candy sweet mouth. He lightly caressed and massaged it with his own. The sweet taste was driving him crazy. The lt. quickly him her own tongue to play with in his mouth. That's when the heat really shot up.

Riza grabbed a hold of his long black pajama pants by the waist. She slowly slid them downwards. Jakob moaned loudly in her mouth at her touch. His girlfriend took his pants and threw them right out of the bed. The mouse held her tighter to her. Riza had become so addictive to him. Hawkeye grabbed a hold of her love's boxers and yanked them straight down. Jakob just couldn't take the pulling passion tension within him. The only thing that stood between him and the gates of Aphrodite's kingdom was that white silky bathrobe that covered Riza's lovely naked body. There was only one way to fix that minor detail. He reached forward and grabbed a hold of his girlfriend's sash and yanked it loose. The robe opened wide. The mouse took a long while to stare upon the woman he loved dearly. She looked just like an angel from Heaven. "The only thing she missing is the halo and wings!" he thought in complete bliss. The artist leaned up and kissed her on the lips as he slowly slid off the gated cloth. The kingdom of Aphrodite was revealed to him after all of the mess earlier today. The mood suddenly changed into blissful sexual. This was the way to start the New Year!

Jakob grabbed a hold of Riza's black lacy panties and yanked them down. The soft touch of her warm and soft skin excited him fully. He just had to have her. Hawkeye of course just felt the same without any questions asked at all. The lt. quickly spread her legs over him. The mouse's heart skipped a string of beats. This was what he wanted! He kissed Riza again passionately. The woman kissed him back deeply. She slipped her hand down to his meat pen and carefully lined it up with her garden entry. Riza slowly guided him into her. The mouse moaned loudly in her mouth in deep ecstasy. He held onto her for dear life. Riza started off slowly. Pleasure came in shock waves for both of them. It was like someone was flipping a switch back and forward repeatedly. Jak was moaning ever louder in her perfect mouth. The lt.'s breasts were pressed up against her lover's young manly bare chest. The warmth of the dog's womanly body drove Jakob into happy distraction. He grabbed onto her shoulders even tighter. The mouse rubbed on her back and shoulders. That made Riza thrust her hips even faster. Her sweat and flesh brushed up against him. She was even running her fingers through his dark tussled hair. The tongues kept fighting and playing with each other in their owners' mouths. They just had to have more of each other or go crazy! They were both so addictive to each other!

The taste and feeling in and all around her made Riza thrust even faster and harder. She wrapped her legs tightly around his waist. The woman angled her hips in a sharp way to let Jakob be in for deeper penetration. She felt so good around him. The boy let his hands stray downwards and to her lovely. He took a cheek in either hand and squeezed them tightly. That drove his girlfriend to pump even faster. She almost choked him when her tongue slipped down into his throat. The mouse gasped happily. He could barely keep himself still at that point. The pleasure had taken over his mind and body now. It had taken over both of them now! At long last, they both came at the same time! The couple moaned loudly in lost weekend ecstasy. Riza lied down on her boyfriend's naked and sweaty body as she slowly broke off the kiss. Both lied there panting deep and happily. Jakob looked down at his lover with relaxed and loving eyes. "How was that for a fresh start for the New Year?" he asked mixed with pride, love, and happiness. Riza looked up at him smiling. "Just perfect!" she called. "So you'll fight with me to keep our love in tactic and stronger?" the mouse asked. "I wouldn't have it any other way!" the lt. replied in confidence. Jakob smiled back at her. "Happy New Year's, my love!" he whispered to her. "Happy New Year's to you too!" his girlfriend called. Then, they shared another tender kiss. Here began the sweet and hard battle for love.
