Slasher Revealed:
Simone's Notes:
The 2006 Ipswich murder investigation began during December 2006 when the bodies of five murdered women were discovered at different locations near Ipswich in Suffolk, England. All the victims were prostitutes working in Ipswich. Suffolk Police have linked the killings in their murder investigation. A forklift truck driver, Steven Gerald James Wright, aged 48, was arrested on suspicion of murder on Tuesday 19 December 2006 and charged with the murders of all five women on Thursday 21 December 2006.
On March10th, the Night Slayer made a huge mistake. The killing night started out as usual. Tonight, her client was a colonel. She looked into the bedroom part of the room. He was just like the others she had before she murdered them. He was lying on the bed naked and tied down to the bed. The goofy grin on her face made her angry enough to go through with the killing. "Pig!" the Night Slayer thought in anger. Then, she finished up her make-up in the dressing room portion of the room and made it over to the bed. The colonel stared at her with hungry eyes. "Hello there, sexy thing!" the victim called out. The Night Slayer just smiled at him in a naughty way. She had her trade mark cord in her hands. The colonel kept smiling at her. "Is that for me?" he asked aloud. "It's part of a game!" the hooker answered aloud. "Really now?" he asked. The woman nodded. The colonel just lied there smiling. The killer tried to remain smiling. Then, she climbed on top of him and slowly drew out her leather chord. She wrapped it around his neck and pulled it tightly. The man began to gasp for air. He suddenly realized that this wasn't part of the plan. The poor victim began to gasp for air. That only made the Night Slayer pull even tighter on the chord.
Within minutes, her latest victim was dead. Night Slayer stopped to check if he was really dead. Once that was confirmed, she finished up her work and left the room. The night would have been perfect except for one tiny detail. The colonel brought his young daughter to the brothel and hid her in the closet. She saw his murder through the cracks of the closet. The Night Slayer had no reason to think that there would be any witnesses to the crime. Except for Sweet Orange Girl, she never had any witnesses to her crime. Maybe she should've checked just to be certain. Because, that little girl became her undoing.
In the morning, the soldiers were all over the crime scene. "It's always the same thing!" Mustang called out stressed. "I know," Hughes replied. "This is the sixth victim in this case!" David added. "COD of was strangulation just like the other four." "And we still have no leads!" Brandon summed up. "We still can't narrow done the handwriting." Mustang just sighed hard. "Damnit!" he called out. "When are we going to get a break in this case?" he asked aloud. Then came a small shuffle from the closet. "What was that?" Mustang asked. "What was what?" David asked. All of the men went quiet and listened again. Roy slowly walked over to the closet. The men followed close behind him. He opened it wide after waiting a good five seconds. The men were all shocked to see a little girl sitting on the floor trembling. She looked very pale. The men all felt sorry for her as they put two and two together. Roy lightly held out his hand to her to help her out. "It' okay." he whispered to her. "No one's going to hurt you now. Come on, take my hand." The little girl hesitated at first. Then, she complied slowly. Roy took her out of the closet, knelt down, and held her for a long time. The girl just cried against his jacket. "Shh!" he whispered to her. "It's okay now. You're safe. I won't let anyone hurt." The girl kept crying hard on his chest. Mustang turned to the other men. "Just keep working the scene," he ordered. "I'll see what I can get out of this child." "Right!" the crew agreed. Then, they got back to work. The major general took the girl outside so that he could get anything out of her once she calmed down.
Minutes went by. The little girl had stopped crying. Mustang had been waiting patiently for to calm down enough to talk. "Okay," he said to her at last. The little girl looked up at him. Mustang began to talk easily and slowly to her. "Tell me," the major general began. "Do you know who did this to your father?" The child sat in silence for a long while. Then, she nodded. Mustang kept himself patient. "Can you describe them to me?" he asked her. "Take your time if you need to." The girl was quiet again for a long time. Mustang kept waiting. Then, the little girl said, "Snow white face, black silk robe, red lips, and..." Roy listened in closely. "And what?" he asked in his still-calm voice. The girl took in a deep breath. "A silver heart charm bracelet!" she called out. The last part froze Mustang up hard. "Thank you," he managed to say at last. "That's all I wanted to know." Then, he and the little girl headed back into the brothel house.
Things were looking ugly. Mustang had a nasty hunch that he couldn't ignore. He didn't reveal to his who he suspected the Night Slayer to be. The stakes were looking grin against her. She had motive enough. But how could he be sure if it was true or not? Sadly, there was only one way to find out. "Roy," a voice spoke up. The major general quickly looked up. Hughes was staring right at him. "Oh Maes," Mustang called out. "It's you." "What's wrong with you?" his friend asked in concern. Roy shook his head. "It's nothing!" he replied. But, Maes didn't buy it. "Come on Roy," he encouraged. "I know you. Now, tell me what's wrong!" Roy felt himself trapped. He had no choice now. So, the man looked around quickly. "I can't say it here!" he whispered to his friend at last. Hughes looked confused. "What do you mean?" he whispered back. "Just come on!" Mustang replied. Then, he grabbed his friend by the wrist and dragged him out the back.
Roy and Maes came into an alley behind the brothel. Hughes was really suspicious. "Okay!" he said strongly. "What is this all about? Why are you asking so sick?" His friend looked worried. But the man had no choice now. "I think I might know who has been killing our men!" Mustang replied in a sick voice. Hughes looked at him confused. "What do you mean?" he asked. Roy looked up at the colonel sickly. "You remember the girl in the bar I have been talking to?" he asked. "Yes, why?" Maes asked. His friend stepped closer. "The girl in the bar has the same bracelet," he went on. "A couple of days ago, I noticed that there was blood stained on it. I asked her where she got it from; she didn't give me a straight answer." "And you take she's the Night Slayer?" Maes asked. Mustang nodded in sickness. Hughes thought about this for a moment. "Are you sure?" he questioned. Roy shrugged as he shook his head. "Part of me wishes I was wrong," he answered. "So what are you doing to so?" Hughes asked. Roy just shook his head. "I just don't know yet," he replied. "I just don't know." "Well then," his friend replied. "I don't know what to tell you." Then, they headed back inside.
That evening, Roy went out to his usual bar. Once he sat down, the man looked around. He finally got up the strength to ask Selena the truth. So far, she wasn't in sight. He dreaded it but yet, he just had to know the truth. But what would he do if he found out the truth? He could go to his buddies it would be a betrayal of trust. Damn, time was dragging slowly. "Roy!" a woman's voice called out. The major general quickly looked up from his drink. Selena was in the entry of the bar waving to him. Mustang waved at her weakly. She hurried over to him. The major general toughened himself up again. It was now or never. He just had to know the truth or go crazy. The man prepared for the worst. Selena sat down next to him smiling.
"Hi there old friend!" she called to him sweetly. Mustang didn't speak at first. What could he say to her? He managed to smile and lightly wave at her. The woman smiled at him innocently. "What's wrong doll?" she asked. "You look so pale, want to talk about it?" But then, something caught his eye. Her sliver heart charm bracelet had some fresh blood on the chain of it. "Selena," he spoke up. His friend looked up at him. "Yes?" she asked innocently. "Where did you get that blood on your bracelet?" the major general asked out loud. The woman went silent and pale at that question. "I don't want to talk about..." she replied in a low voice. "Is someone abusing you?" Roy pressed on. "Let me know who." Selena became really uncomfortable. "Uh..." she replied. "Oh shit!" the woman thought. "He knows! What can I do?" "Is there a problem?" Roy asked her again. Then, Selena bolted straight for the door. Mustang had his answer right then. "Hey!" he yelled at his friend. "Come back here!" Then, he rose to his feet and raced after her.
The major general chased her all the way into a small alley. He pinned her down onto the ground. "Tell me the truth!" he yelled out. "Are you or are you not killing my men in the military?!?" Silence was all for got. Then, there was some snickering under him. Mustang became even angrier. "What the hell is so damn funny Selena?!?" he yelled out. The woman turned to him smiling. "You caught me, general!" she replied. "Congratulations!" Her friend looked at her confused. "What do you mean?" Selena just kept smiling at him wickedly. "Yes, I did kill those men!" she replied. "It was all really to do actually. Entice the men with something they like and go in for the kill! Just as easy as walking out the door and kissing a random gorgeous stranger. Mind you, some of my targets weren't so easy to lure. That's where my older brother came in. He's very pervasive. All he had to do was convince them to meet me at a random brothel house and I did the rest. He was even nice enough to drop off the body in the apartment that you guys were staying in back in the fall! I heard that the look on Mrs. Lee-Wright's face was priceless. Good thing; that was my best work! The pig had it coming to him just like the others!" Mustang stared at her in complete shock. "But why?" he asked at last. The woman freed herself from his grasp. "Because!" she called out. "I am out for revenge!" Mustang put two and two together. "All because one soldier broke your heart and made you bury your baby alive?" he asked aloud. "YES!!!" Selena yelled out. "All of the pigs deserve to die because of that!" "But what does that make me?" Mustang challenged her. His new enemy laughed out loud at such a question.
"You are different!" Selena called to him. "That is the only reason why I spared you! My brother suggested killing you next, but I talked him out of it. But the other pigs must die!" The woman laughed out loud again. Mustang couldn't take it anymore. He lunged forward violently and grabbed her by the throat. He began choking her hard. "You bitch!!!" Roy yelled out. "You lied to me! How could you do such a thing to such innocent men?!? Don't take out your petty grudge on them!" Selena tried her best to face him off, but he proved himself stronger than her. Mustang would've killed her if someone hadn't yelled out, "General Mustang!" He stopped strangling her and looked up. Hughes, Ian, and Breadsley were standing just inches away from him. They had received a tip from a bartender that he saw Mustang run after a woman out of the bar. It took the men hours to find them, but they were glad that they did just in time.
"You don't get it!" Roy yelled out loud. "This woman is the Night Slayer! She's been the one posing as a prostitute and killing all of those soldiers!!! I can't let her escape!" "Mustang!" Hughes yelled out. "Let her go! Don't throw away your career by a senseless act!" Roy did so reluctantly. The murderer gasped for air. Ian rushed forward to Selena and helped her to her feet. "Brother!" she called out to him in relief. "Shhh!" Fisher replied. "It's okay my dear younger sister!" The other four men looked at the siblings in utter shock. "Selena is your sister?" Mustang asked out loud. "Yes!" Ian called out. "Selena is my younger sister and I have been helping her kill the soldiers by sending them right to her!" The other men prepared to make an arrest. Ian smirked at them wickedly. "Wrong move, boys!" he called out loud. Then, he pulled out a gun and pulled the trigger. A huge cloud of smoke shot off from the barrel when it hit straight to the ground. While Hughes, Breadsley, and Mustang were trying to fight off the smoke, Ian and Selena made their escape. When the smoke cleared, the murderous duo was in the car that Ian came in and driving from away from Amestris.
Hughes turned to Breadsley. "Should we go after them?" he asked. Ron shook his head hard. "No," he replied. "Something tells me that this isn't over yet! I'll put out a broadcast to track them down! But now, brush yourselves off. We've got work to do!" "Sir!" all of them called to him. Then, they headed home for the night. And that was it for the Night Slayer case.
