It should be interesting to see where Neville and Luna have ended up since Harry's "trial"; I'll give odds that they're also citizens, quite likely even prominent citizens, of Luna. I don't feel a bit sorry for Dumbles, he's tried to throw his influence around once too often and has run into someone who's not impressed; Oops!!
I can see very interesting times ahead and, if she ever travels there, I expect Hermione to be rather taken aback by conditions on Luna.
