-chuckle- It appears that Dumbles seems to fall into the same trap so many wizards do, "If it's muggle, it can't be powerful or effective". I do like the idea of "The Second Amendment" as a curse or hex, "The Federalist Papers" clearly show it to be intended for that purpose against those who do evil, whether in person or under the guise of the government. That seems to be difficult for those from other countries to grasp at times.

Good on James for deciding on a "belt and suspendors" means of in-depth protection. It should be interesting to watch how matters evolve from this.
