While I guess your AN answered both my questions… well more like WTFs? I still find both odd. and he obviously totally destroyed any ‘protection’ his mother gave to him not to mention her legacy. Also I don’t get why he changed after the ritual the Potters are the Peverells, if all his DNA is Potter/Peverell he is now inbreed I would think. If anything got reset it would have been the Potter part. Also Dumbledore knows Harry is related to the Peverells he does have the cloak and is from Godric Hollow, so as soon as he arrives at Hogwarts I don’t think it will be all that hard to figure out what happened.
Any hint as to his house/pairing?
