This was good and showed Harry had some awareness of his situation. I never liked how the Malfoys escaped justice, so this way Draco won't be a problem the school will be safe, Snape or Harry will have to kill Albus for the greater good and Harry won't get in trouble for hurting Draco and won't be in detention.
Nice fic, thanks for it if only Harry had shown such sense in the book.
