Nice to see that he's not going to succeed in all aspects of the game. Just the fact that he missed out on Tsunade of the Sennin is significant. Great that his choices in skills are making a significant difference in the way he's interacting with the world. I'm a little disappointed we didn't get to see the fight scene with Orochimaru, but I can understand not wanting to go through it if there weren't any significant changes from the original. Great chapter.
