Chapter 2 has the same minor problem chapter 1 had...It spends most of its time setting up the story to follow rather than the story at present. I however view this as a good problem in that this set up is necessary for the long run. The scene with Ino at the beginning foreshadows targets we can expect latter on and the scenes with Hinata demonstrates that this story isn't going to just throw the women into Naruto's lap without regard to their character. The scenes also show how much more mature Naruto has already become in his planning. The snippets of information we get in regards to the Kyuubi, foreshadows an inevitable confrontation as well as explains that this jutsu may be responsible for the feelings Kyuubi is getting. Overall great characterizations and well done foreshadowing. 10/10
