Following through with my re-reviews, I found Naruto seemingly more intelligent than his OT counterpart. The scene with Ino explaining obvious things to Naruto did do a lot to quell the fear that Naruto was just better out of nowhere and he is in fact simply growing as any good character should. The seduction of Hinata was well set up and made sense for the characters with Naruto having a brilliant plan but forgetting one important detail. The Kyuubi scenes are wonderful as the incredibly sparse information reflects exactly what Kyuubi knows at this point which is to say not much. Ino's predominate role in this chapter also sets a good precedent for chapters to include already seduced characters and not just focus on the target like a string of disconnected lemons with an similar hook but rather an intricate and growing story. Absolute perfection.
