The next day I did the same thing. I went to my closet to pick out and outfit. I decided on my Big Black tee with the Hot pink words with a faded pair of Hollister jeans. I walked out my room and went down stairs to see that Jake was wearing a Hurley shirt.
"Jake what the freak!"
"What." He said with a mouthful of cerial
"How is it that we wear a shirt that is either from the same brand or the same store?" I asked itching my head
"I guess we just have good taste." He said hunching his shoulders
We got in the car and headed out to pick up Brooke.
"Did you guys plan this?" She asked compairing our shirts
"No." I say
"Ok cause I didn't want to say anything yesterday."
We walk in the school and go to our lockers. That's when I see the most amazing dude ever.
"Dude look at him." I say in a daze
"Who?" Brooke asked
"Him." I said pointing
"Oh.. ya he is totally your type. Brown curly hair tall.. blah blah blah." She said
"I know too bad I don't even know who or what grade he's in."
"Hey we can ask your brother." Brooke suggests
"If we do that then he'll prob tell Brock who will get all jealous."
"Well, unless you really wanna get with Brock i'd ask your brother."
"Ya, I guess. Where is Jake?"
"Over there talking to Jeanie."
"Jake!" I yell from across the hall
He looks at me and mouths What? I mouth back come here, with the hand gesture. He starts walking over to Brooke and I.
"What?"
"Who is that dude over there?" I asked pointing to him but not making it obvious
"Oh, him that's Jimmy, but we call him Dew." He said resting his arm on my shoulder
"Why do you call him Dew?" Brooke asked
"Becuase he loves Mountain Dew." He said with a chuckle
"That's logical." I add
"Well, i'm gunna go back to Jeanie now." He said walking away
"See-ya." We both yell
"How come we didn't see him yesterday?" I asked Brooke
"Actually I have 7th period with him." She added
"What class is that?"
"Art."
"Oh so he likes art."
"Ya, I guess." She said with a shrug of her shoulders
The bell rang and we headed off to Biology. We walked past Jimmy and he gave me a hey wats up by lifting up his head like they do.
"Dude he just gave you a head wats up." Brooke said
"OMG, I thought I was the only one who saw that." I said a little too excited
"Ya, well maybe I'll talk to him in art one day."
"Just don't get to close too him not in you know what I mean."
"Ya I know." She said heading into Mr. Lightmans' room
"Ok, class like I said you should be able to bring in your binders and things by next week."
Wow. Blake looks really hot today he has on faded jeans with a Fox shirt. I think he's talking to me but i'm too in a daze to answer or hear him. I shake my head and come back to class.
"Huh? Did you say something?" I asked
"Ya, I never got to ask you how your summer was." He said looking at me
"Oh well, I mostly spent it with Brooke we went to the movies a lot and oh ya we went to Disney World too. What about you?"
"That's sounds way better than mine. I spent it with the guys we went to the movies too and stayed at my place and played video games."
"Video games. I like those." I said nudging his shoulder
"Me too." He said nudging my arm too
The bell rang signaling the period was over. Brooke and I headed to our next class which was math. After math and the past how many classes it was time for lunch again. I sat down at my table and looked over at my brothers table which was in view and noticed that Jimmy was sitting over there.
"Dude look Jimmy is over there." I say to Brooke
"OOOOO."
"Who's Jimmy?" V asked
"Oh, he's just a dude that Zo has her eyes on." Brooke explained
"Oh which one is he?" V asked
"The one with the Curly brown hair." I say pointing
"OO, he is cute.. for you." V says
The rest of the day just went by in a blur. The bell rang for us to go home and I headed to my locker. I noticed that Jimmy was at his locker and his locker happens to be right next to Jakes' locker. I open up my locker and put my things in there and get out my homework. I shut the locker and instead of Jimmy Brock is there.
"Woah!" I screak
"What?"
"You kinda scared me."
"Oh do you want a ride home?"
"Well, I get a ride with my brother and we take Brooke home."
"Ya, can't Brooke ride with your brother today?" He asked
"Hold on let me ask her."
"Brooke." I say walking over to her
"Yes."
"Brock wants to take me home."
"You should let him."
"You'd have to ride home alone with Jake."
"I think I can handle it." She said
I turn back to Brock.
"Ok you can take me home."
Brock and I walk out to his car.
"So, do you like your teachers?" He asked starting up a conversation
"Ya, I guess they are ok." I said with a sign
"Well, do you have any new crushes?" He asked
"Nope." I lied
"Ahh, I see."
"Can I turn on the radio?"
"Ya sure do whatever."
"Brock?"
"Ya"
"I do like you."
"You do?" He asked excited
"Ya, but I just always thought it would be akward to date my brothers friend."
"It wouldn't be akward I mean if you really like each other." He said trailing off
