After Brock finished that sentence we pulled into my driveway. I really didn't wanna say anything else so I got out in a hurry.
"Thanks for the ride."
"No, problem. Maybe we can do it again."
"Ya, sure I guess i'll see you tomorrow then."
"Ya."
I shut the door and ran to my house. I head in the door and go to my room, but before I open the door my brother yells for me to come in his room.
"What?"
"How was your ride home with Brock?" He asked sitting in a bean-bag chair playing a video game
"You know." I said leaning up against the frame of the door
"That bad?" He said with a chuckle
"No, I mean he asked if I had any new crushes then I said Oh Brock I do like you it's just that it would be akward to date you and he's all like if you really like each other it wouldn't be akward and blah blah blah." I said doing the blah blah with my hands
"And what did you say after that?" He asked half interested
"I didn't becuase that's when we pulled in the drive way and I kinda avoided it."
"Ahh, ok.. you may leave now." He said doing the hand motion to shew someone away
"Yes, master." I say in a weird voice
I walk over to my room and open my door. I look around trying to find something to do. I decide to get on myspace. I have new messages. I wonder who it could be from. I look and it is from Brooke.
"Hey how did the whole ride home with Brock go?"
I see that she's still on so I write her back.
"You know.. ok I guess."
"What do you mean ok I guess?"
"We talked about classes and then I said I like him."
"What and he said?"
"You do?"
"Then?"
"I just always thought it would be akward to date you."
"Oh dude then what did he say?"
"Well, if both people really like each other than it shouldn't be akward. And he was really serious too."
"OMG... wow he REALLY REALLY likes you."
"You don't think I know that... Uhhhh... What should I do?"
"Well, consider your options. Options 1) You can go out with Brock who you know. or 2) Jimmy who doesn't even know you exist."
"He might know I'm alive his locker is right next to mine.. almost."
"Ya true, hey I have to get off my pain of a little brother wants on ttyl."
That's when I got off and went downstairs to see what my mom wat doing.
"Mom!" I yell to see where she's at
"Yes, Zoey." She yells from the kitchen
I walk in there.
"Hey whats up ma?" I ask taking a seat at the table
"Just making dinner like a mother should Zo."
"That sounds cool what are we having?"
"Well, we are having pizza."
"Pizza?" I say with a light laugh
"Ya, not just any pizza Frozen pizza." Emphasis on the Frozen she said
I get up and walk to the living room. Take a seat on the couch and turn on the tv. I turn it to MTV.
"Ahhhh!!!!" I scream covering my eyes
"What?" Jake asked
"That's what." I say pointing to the tv
"Ahhhh!!." He screams jokingly
"Funny." I say kinda mean
"What she's just putting a condom on a bannana Zo." He says taking a seat next to me
"You are discusting." I say disappointed in him
"I'm just saying."
"Oh.. Ya i'm just saying." I said mimiking him
"You wanna go there little sis?" He asked takling me on the couch
"Ahh.. Rape." I say joking
"Very funny." He says sitting up right now
An Hour Later
"Dinner is ready!" Mom yells
"Coming!" Jake and I yell from the living room
We come in and get some pizza.

I decided on wearing an American Eagle tank with a tie sweater and Some blue Roxy shorts. Brooke and I walk into school and see a sign that says Welcome Back Dance Friday 7-10pm.
"We so have to go." I say to Brooke
"Oh ya. That gives us a chance to dance with guys." She says all excited
"So true."
The bell rings for lunch. Brooke and I head up in line and we end up behind my brother.
"Eww.. look at this weird-O in front of me Brooke." I say jokingly
"OMG.. he is so nasty." She adds
"Hey what are you..." He stops when he sees it's us
"You guys almost got beat up." He laughs
"You..beat us up. Please." I say
After we get our food we head to our table.
"So.. guys are you going to the dance on Friday?" I ask the table
"I am." V says
"Ya." Everyone else says
"Are the dances usually cool here?" I asked a Melissa
"Ya they usually are just depends."
"What do you mean depends?" I asked confused
"I means depends on who decorates." She said shoving some frys in her mouth
"Oh."
The bell rings signaling the day is over. I go to my locker and wait for Brooke. Jimmy wasn't there today so I was kinda sad.
"Hey Brooke you know what I just realized?"
"What?"
"Today is Thursday, so the dance is tomorrow."
"Who's a smart little cookie?" She said nudging
"Me." I said with a laugh
Booke,Jake, and I all head to the car, and go home.
"Jake?"
"Ya."
"Are you going to the dance tomorrow?"
"I don't know. Are you?"
"Well, duh gives me a chance to dance with guys... who would want to give up that opertunity?"
"I don't know." He says depressed
"Ok what is your deal? Why are you soooo down?"
"Jeanie dumped me." He said going up stairs to his room
"What!?" I scream while running up after him
"Ya, she said that she likes someone else." He said laying on his bed now burrying his head into a pillow
"Aww... Jake maybe if you go to the dance you can find someone else to like." I suggest to him
"I don't think so."
"Why not?"
"There's no one like Jeanie."
"Suck it up Jake there is. You just don't know becuase you've been with her too long."
"Maybe your right. I'll think about it."
"Ok when you get your answer come to me my child." I joke
"Ok will do."
I head to my room and lay down in my bed for some reason I'm really exhausted. Before I know it my alarm is going off saying its 6 again. All I thought was Dance.
