Let's Try That Again, Shall We?

Ah well, at least you got it. Better
Emacs than MS Word or, worse, OpenOffice…
while I prefer something else over all
of emacs, vi and pico/nano, still a fair
choice. Plus, mine works under DOS too ☺
not just on Unix.
Great, by the way. Minerva surely would
be scary… protective cat she is. This may
pave the way for a prank of Tonks’ though,
involving catnip?
Thanks to siaru regarding the reviews.
I can imagine that a high-traffic server
would have trouble otherwise, it’s still
mildly irritating (also, I later saw the
feedback, it wasn’t really visible at
first – at least, late in the night),
especially as regular caches time out
after much shorter a period if new content
is available. But okay.

This has been a good read so far, and a most interesting and original underpinning to the time travel.
But I really got in here to say the scene with the twins and the banned list absolutely tickled me - fun and original choice of items to mention and a neat punch-line with why they were there!
Generally I like your choice of scenes, I think the story is progressing nicely. Hoping to see more of Sybil.
Cheers...pLet's Try That Again, Shall We?

Love the twins. :D You're doing them exactly right. Oh, I can't wait to see what happens to Peter now. And what Oren who doesn't seem quite what I originally thought of him, is going to do with the diadem... Hmmm.Let's Try That Again, Shall We?

Well nicely little bit of misdirection by Tonks. I love this Dumbledore to be honest and the Twins are gems. Couldn't stop smiling!Author's response
Thank you! I've tried really, really hard to get Dumbledore right, showing him a difficult, complicated person who is actually trying to do the right thing by his own reckoning, even if it's not what I would have done. So many stories either engage in Dumbledore-bashing or don't characterize him in depth.
