"Gerard. Gerard!" I heard a voice call me.
"No, I will not let you beat me up again!" I whimpered and willed my eyes to open, only to have them squinting at the sight of the sun.
"What the fu-" I started saying, then having my run down backpack being dropped beside me.
"C'mon Gerard." Mikey Way, my younger brother, sternly said. He helped pull me up and bent down to retrieve my backpack.
"Joss." Mikey said without question.
I nodded and took my bag from him, walking in the direction of Belleville High School. I rubbed the wrist that I fell on when I passed out.
I decided not to tell him about Frank.
"Who was with him?"
"Dominic and Zach. The usual." I replied with a bad poker face.
Mikey went characteristically silent the rest of the way.
