I saw the stars first, then the rooftops.
I was still lying on the floor, slipping in and out of conciousness. I could hardley breathe, , the pain was almost unbearable in my chest, where the deep, red cut was leaking blood all over my hoodie, which had a jaggedy mark, stained red with blood.
My eyes were blurring with tears, I didn't want to die. What am I saying? Of course I was going to die, I had no money, they had taken it, I only just had my phone, and at the moment, I only just had made it out with my life.
"Gee?" I heard someone whisper softly.
Through all the pain, I managed a smile.
