Nice chapter title. My root beer came up into my nose when I saw it...very uncomfortable. Luckily, my keyboard escaped further harm (a syrup incident last year...don't ask).

The prisoner exchange/memory for Luna exchange can't possibly go as planned. We'll just have to see who gets the short end of the straw. Looking forward to Snape's inevitable death, even though it probably won't happen in the next chapter.

Congrats on your exam. I just now looked back and read your A/N.

One last thing I liked: Susan's fight with the gargoyles. Hopefully a confidence booster for her.

See ya (so to speak) next chapter.

    Author's response

Thanks for the compliments. Sorry about the root beer up the nose, glad it didn't cost you a keyboard. Jim

Chapter title becomes a bit squicky with Lucius' punishment revealed. Ick.

    :)

    Author's response

I actually had a version where the joke is less implied and Peter actually taunted Lucius by saying he was going to make sure to eat lots of corn this week so Lucius wouldn't miss out on his nutrition. I was told it was a little over the top, so I went for the subtlety. Jim

I had wanted to get to it this chapter, but you know how it goes.

Excellent. Really really excellent. It's about time Snivellus got his due.

What happened with Susan??? I must know...it is not fair to leave us with this you know!

Great update. Can't wait for more.

    Cheers,

    CP

    Author's response

First - let me say great screenname! Some would say Snivellus getting his just desserts is way overdue.

As for Susan, well what is a story with out a little cliffhanger or some unanswered questions? I wouldn't kill her would I? It's not like people die randomly and without any prior notice in my story is it? Oh wait, nevermind. Err, next update in 2 weeks... Jim

Very nicely done. It's obvious you've put a great amount of effort into the story, even when taking that blasted Cisco test. I applaud you for sitting through it, by the way. No idea how it is now, but it was brutal when I had to take it. Granted I failed, but hey, whatever.

    Author's response

Glad you liked it. The test was pretty bad, but I was just doing it to renew my CCNP. I don't know if I know enough to challenge the lab practical part of becoming a CCIE. I do have 18 well now only 17 months to decide.

Glad you enjoy the story. Try my other one if you haven't already. I think you will like it.
