The day went by very slowly. The gang had stopped teasing Archie and Atlanta

but they could still see them trying to cover up their laughter every time one of

them entered the room. It really ticked off the two titans.

After lunch, Atlanta walked into the living room to find Odie, Neil, Herry,

Jay, and Theresa watching a movie. Apperently all of them wanted to sit on the

sofa so were basically all crammed together except for Theresa who was sitting on

Jay's lap. Beside Jay was Odie, then Herry, then Neil.

Atlanta scoffed and sat in the armchair by the sofa. She could feel the stares

of her five friends.

"Hey Atlanta," said Herry, "come sit with us on the couch it really comfy.

Though of course you'll have to sit on our laps."

Atlanta knew she was about to get teased no matter what she said so she just

said, "No thanks, I rather sit in a spot where I actually room with out sitting on

your lap."

" Yeah," grinned Neil, "I bet she rather sit on Archie's lap and cuddle up with

him."

Then he saw her hand curl into a fist. She want to hit Neil right then and

there but she wouldn't. She knew Neil was just teasing but honestly how much can

one person take?

Atlanta got up. Neil, thinking she was going to hit him, squealed and covered

his face. But Atlanta did nothing. Without a word she got and headed for the front

door. They heard Atlanta opened the door and leave the dorm being sure to slam the

door very hard.

Neil was the first to speak, "I think we should lay off the teasing for a bit."

The others agreed.

Theresa got up, " I'll go see how she's doing, " but she felt a hand on her

shoulder and turned to see Jay's eyes looking into hers and for a second she

thought Jay was going to kiss her. When he began to speak she was emediatly

snapped out of her dreamworld and back to reality.

"We should leave her alone and let her blow off some steam," he said softly.

"Yeah your right," said Theresa slightly embarassed with herself for thinking

that Jay would kiss her, " knowing Atlanta she's probably blowing some steam in

the gym."

"Let's go back to the movie," said Jay.

Theresa was right. Atlanta did go to the gym.

But when she entered the gymnasium. She found she wasn't the only one there to

pent off some anger. There fighting against the punching bag was her friend

archie.

Sensing another presense, Archie turned to see Atlanta watching him. Smiling

she said, "You here to blow off some stream from all that teasing as

well?"

"Yeah well a person can only take so much."

"It's almost as if he's reading my mind. Wasn't I thinking the exact same thing

just a moment ago?" thought Atlanta

"But I tell you," continued Archie, " This whole punching bag isn't helping me

calm down."

Atlanta thought for a bit and said, " follow me I know what will help."

Archie said nothing but followed her. She led him to where they usually

practiced for archery.

" See what I do," said Atlanta picking up a bow and a few arrows, "is archery,"

she attached the arrow to her bow, " I take up all the tension in my system, and

imagine all of it going to the arrow, then when I release the arrow all the

tension is out of my system and in the target board," and with that she released

the arrow and of course, got it dead center.

"See?" said Atlanta. And indeed Archie did see that she looked calmer than

before she came, "you try," she handed the bow to him.

Archie took the bow and arrow from Atlanta's hand and aimed the arrow. He

imagined all the tension from the teasing he got today flowing out of his system

and into the arrow. Then he released. The arrow was just a centimetre from

Atlanta's.

" Feel better?" asked Atlanta.

" Yeah," said Archie and it was true, " I feel much...lighter"

" I told you it worked," she beamed at him.

He turned to look at her, "uh... thanks." Her eyes met his.

Atlanta could have sworned her heart stopped for a second. She could see Archie

leaning in.

" Your welcome," was all she could say.

Their lips were just about to meet when there was a bang and they turned to see

Jay burst through the gym very exhausted and had a very worried on his face.

"Cronos?" said Archie and Atlanta at the same time.

Jay nodded.
