Everyone in that class was crying, Well except one person. He has the most beautiful brown eyes that I've ever seen. Who is he? "Benjamin. Your turn." The teacher called out. No one moved. The teacher sighs and calls out again."Benji." The beautiful brown eyed boy gets up and walks to the front where Maggie and I once stood. Joel was eyeing him oddly. " My biggest tragedy is when I was little my dog died. The end." Then he went after his seat. What was that? Joel came up with something similar to mine but it was better. Benji, huh? Well I hope I dont get pair with him. the teacher is pair us with how much talent we have. I need to pass drama. I nedd to pass all my classes. The bell rung again. Finally. Next was lunch. I have all my classes with maggie. Except one. But I have all my classes with joel and a few with /Benji/. Maggie needed to go do something. She told me to meet her in the lunch room. I've never been in the lunch room since 9th grade. Well my birthday is in 14 days. Maybe its something about that. Oh well. I sat down and waited for Maggie. Soon Joel came up to me. Soon followed By Benji, Paul, And Aaron. Paul was my best guy friend in 10th grade. And Aaron asked me out twice."Hey what are you doing?" Joel asked nervously. "Sitting and breathing." I smirked. "Why are you over here talking to me?" I wasnt being rude..."I...We wanted to talk to you...Sorry?" Paul Stated." Ya'll had 3 years to talk to me.Why now? because I read my puthetic life outloud?" I was getting annoyed. I dont want friends our of pity. I want friends that want me for me. "Well do you want someone to talk to or not?" Aaron asked. " I dont want friends our of pity." I started but then Maggie showed up. walking to our table eyeing all of them." I got your present ready...I know its early but i had to get it soon. Come on!" she started to drag me away. "Bye." I said to them. "Were not pitting you." I heard Paul whisper as I got up to walk away. She walked me to my car. My stepdad kept my cat. I missed her so much. As I opened the door there she was. My baby. Bailey. "OMG!!! MAGGIE THIS IS PERFECT!! HOW DID YOU GET HER?" I was so surpised. "Dont worry about it." She smiled. "Thank you! Thank you! Take her home. I'll cover for you." She nodded. She drove off. I got closer to my class there was a fight in the hall way. The closer I got I saw that the victim was a very skinny boy with dread locks. It wasent a fist fight yet. "Hey! What's going on?!" They all stopped and turned to me when I said that. "None of your buiness little girl.",one of the bullies said. "Little?", I laughed. My brother taught me how to defend myself. "Look, you need to run along now, go study or something." He chucked. "Why don't you? Looks like you need to or do you have some mental problem where you can't get anymore smarter?" I smirked. "Listen here, I don't hit girls but I dont mind on starting!" You could tell he was becoming infuriated. I laughed, "Try me." I had such an evil grin on my face. He let go of his grip on the boy's shirt and walked over to me. Without warning, he swung, but I ducked and his fist hit the locker. He was holding his hand in pain; I stepped on his foot and then socked him in the nose, breaking it. He layed there with his usual jock friends surrounding him. The dreadlock kid was staring at me. I walked over to him,
"What's your name?", I asked ever-so sweetly. "William.
But I go by Billy." He smiled shyly. "Cool. Mine is Katie." I smiled. "I got to get to class but hopfully I'll see you around." I said. He left as I did. When I got to class, Maggie was in there.
