  Voldie kicked some ass in this chapter. Poor Harry.

  Good chapter with Voldemort giving Harry a pretty good idea of what development he still needs to undertake. 'Twas a pretty good cliffie at the end, too. On the down side, several typos did jar this reader as he was going through it.

  Fine work with this chapter. It's nice to see Harry get beaten so easily by Voldemort, means he's still got a long way to go.

  nasty duel there, but actually closer to reality as you have described it than the Little Hangleton event in the GOF - Harry is only 11 after all.
  
  I hope he has some really skilled and talented healers on staff - or a writer at the helm who meets that criteria

  Why does almost every do-over involve Harry getting even more injured, scarred, and beaten?
  Shouldn't he have some brains? Some skill?
  Something besides hid opponents getting smarter and crueler?
