I'm an avid (read obsessive) fanfic reader amd writer. My own fics cover just about everything under the sun in subject. My favorites are fantasy and sci-fi, though I've wandered into dramas alot lately. I write a some slash, some het, and some stories with no romance whatsoever. A fanfic with no romance? Who'd've thought?
I do use OCs, though I strive to avoid Mary Sues, and usually use them to move the story along and not as main characters. I've received alot of compliments for them - especially my Lovemode OCs. Which makes me very happy.
