Seems like a bit of a transition chapter, not that I didn't enjoy it. I was assuming that it'd end up Harry/Hermione (can't remember if you told us it would be or not), but your method certainly shocked me. The bond was an excellent idea, and it's open about how you want the bond to affect things. Does it have magical side effects? Will they see things from each other's perspectives with ease? Don't answer those, please...just some stuff to think on.
I'm glad you're not fully committing Draco to Harry's side just yet. He's almost there, but it makes sense for him to still not be perfect, given his upbringing.
I'm looking forward to what you've got next, particularly what's in store for Harry and Hermione. How soon is Hogwarts?

I wasn't sure when I started the fic, but it did turn out that way. the magical side effects are making the couple totally monogamous.
Draco is coming along, but Harry doesn't believe he's there yet. They should be in Hogwarts for the next two 1/2 chapters
