This story is getting interesting.
But I wonder why wait to this long to have the letters sent?
Why didn't you have Lily send the letters to Remus and Severus when Harry was ten or earlier?
If they were sent earlier, then none of the bad things that happened to Harry and the others would have happen.
Another question: Was there anyone else besides Harry, the other ministy five (or six if you count Harry), Remus, and Snape have had their memories removed by Dumbledore?

Lily had her reasons - namely to protect the work she had done to save Harry. More will be explained as the story progresses.
