(scratches head) Can you rephrase that question.
Harry is one years old just like in the book. James and Lily are is parents but you will find a secret about one of them later. Not saying which but that will be how Harry related is to a Time Lord. Don't forget Time Lords can travel through time and space. An Harry's parents are dead no changing that.
