I think I commented when you posted this on LJ, but just in case -- I love how you get into their heads here. And Wrath is so fascinating, insightful and naive both at once.
Envy never really played--he did things that looked like playing, that looked harmless and friendly, but he was always the only one to come away okay from it.
...Just perfect. So many people deal with Envy for so much longer, without being that aware of how he really is.
