Review for The Acts Of Betrayal

The Acts Of Betrayal

I was referred to the story from the Sisters_of_thewritestuff yahoo group

and read the existing chapters this afternoon - quite interesting story - I like that there is magic that will allow the bonded family to share each others feelings - this should prevent or minimize the hurts that happen as people come to know each other.

I am really looking forward to what will happen after moldieshorts and Harry's stories become public knowledge, with irrefutable proof behind them.

thanks fro sharing your talent

Thanks for letting me know where you heard of the story, I looked up the group and it seems interesting...

Re: The bonding. I wanted the characters to be a realistic as possible. To my mind that meant that the girls would NOT be looking to jump each other, and a bit of jealousy would be rearing it's head. That however would take the story in a direction I didn't really want to explore (soap operas bore me), so I used the bonding ritual that I made up on the spot (as a plus it exposes the girls to the Greek Chorus in Harry's head)

While originality is rare in a story line that literally has thousands of people pecking away at it like the proverbial monkeys at typewriters coming up with classical Literature, I believe (and it's only a belief having read only a minor fraction of the available Fics out there) I've come up with a relatively original way of disposing with Tom and his boys...

Thanks for your interest.
