Sigh. As much fun it is to read Snape getting smacked around, its no differnent than the other million fics where a more comptetent Harry starts Hogwarts. I've been reading fanfiction for a while and this story looks like its going to be an exact copy of book one just with Harry doing better than before. I'm hoping that you'll speed up the years and at least get to the more drama filled books.
I give this story a 2.5/5 for the nice crossover, but other than that its nothing special about. Snapes Characther is pretty bad, at least in the books he seems smart and calculating, here its like Draco Malfoy took over his body.
I saw what you said about Harry being too mature. The fact is Harry is way too in control.
Everybody else is just bland.
Again hopefully you'll speed it up.
I am interested in how your going to handle Sirius. I think you should have Harry kill him out of anger. You know not giving him a chance to explain himself.

- I'm not sure how much of the plot should have changed by this point in the story considering we are currently just before dinner on the first day of classes... The 'big May challenge' for this particular tale isn't the Philosopher's Stone. Quirrell will be gone and Tom will be molesting chipmunks after Halloween, and they only last that long because I want the troll incident.
