-chuckle- Sorry 'bout that. It's more that I've just got a very large database of "stories read" to search. I'm "three score less four" in age and I've been reading sf&f, comics, adventure fiction, techno-thrillers, etc. for over four and a half decades; there's a lot of material there to evaluate with - plus I'm an engineer in RL and have to deal with all sorts of considerations professionally.

I can see Harry and Draco not becoming enemies, nor friends, but each other's favorite verbal sparring partner. I could see Draco's mind being fairly firmly fixed, but I could see a lot of others in Slytherin, who might normally "just go along", taking consideration and adopting a different approach; Tom will not like this. Then again, I doubt he's going to like a lot of what this Harry does.

Oh, BTW, I can't wait to see Hermione and Padma question him about that last order to his techsuit; and then give him holy hell for endangering them and, depending on what level of power the techsuit has, of endangering the structural integrity of Hogwarts itself (that has to be a fairly potent power source/storage, there).
