Hmm, if I'm properly interpretting what I'm reading, the title is from the Afrikaans word for "choice". Which fits this bittersweet story quite well.
As a story idea, I wonder what Ron would do if he got "all" that Harry has that he envies, but had to pay the price Harry's paid?

Yup, you're right. Afrikaan for "choice".
Wow, that's a really interesting idea. Do you mean it like - present day events leave Ron carrying the weight? Or that they switch lives and Ron remembers before?
