An interesting idea, but so far I'm not sure what you're really doing with it. The grammar, spelling, and spacing issues makes it difficult for me to read.
You're making what is, at least at first sight, a relatively minor change - swapping one kunoichi on Naruto's team for another. However, this is actually a fairly large change, which will affect things immediately - as will the change in Jounin Instructor on the team. Things like the Wave Country mission would change rapidly - Hinata's byakugan would see the enemy ninja hiding as a puddle, and change the way that encounter worked. Kurenai's focus on Genjutsu would lead her to see the possibilities inherent in Naruto's Sexy No Jutsu, while Naruto would see the possibilities of Genjutsu as applied to pranking. All around, the team dynamic would likely be much more healthy, and this would be good for Sasuke, who needs to have certain dangly anatomical parts shoved so far up a certain nearby anatomical feature that they poke out of his mouth.
