All it needs now is a second chapter where she finds out that Gummi Bears actually go into berzerker rages after eating Gummi berries.

Hmm... I never watched the Gummi Bears cartoon, so I'd not be able to write it, but I can imagine. Poor Hermione. ;-)
I'm sort of contemplating writing about their Potions class that afternoon, but I can't quite decide how Snape's going to react. He's very good at behaving... well, like himself, but the unexpected has such potential for comedy. We'll see. ;-)
