Not as exiting as the initial discription of Sam promised it to be, but still nice.
I don't remember the episode that detailed, but it would indeed be a Carterish (practical non-scientific) advise that McKay might not come up with myself
I like the idea of Sam popping up in his mind in this I-dream-of-Jeannie-style whenever he is in trouble.
Perhaps you can do some follow-ups for the S4 episodes Tabula Rasa, Quarantine and Trio?
