Given the events that happened at Hermione's home it does not make sense to bring her there when released from the hospital. It would be too traumatic so soon after. I would think Harry would have her stay at his place along with all their children to give her time to come to terms with the memory charms of apparent constant abuse and deaths. Also since her home is also a crime scene it seems too soon for the aurors to let people in.

You've made some good points here, and indeed one of them is part of the framework of the story.
After all, there has to be a compelling reason for her to move in with Harry, right?
As for the crime scene, this isn't CSI, it's a magical crime scene. The investigators are in and out quickly.
